GoPro's $779.99 MISSION 1 PRO Dive Bundle Debuts at DEMA 2026

San Mateo – November 03, 2026 -- Divers at the DEMA Show 2026 in New Orleans can buy a $779.99 GoPro MISSION 1 PRO bundle that includes a free dive housing and a PADI Distinctive Specialty course. The trade show runs Nov. 3-6, and GoPro is exhibiting at booth #137.

The bundle adds a second charger, a housing and a course

Besides the MISSION 1 PRO camera, the bundle contains a dual battery charger, so a second battery stays ready between dives. The PADI course teaches divers to shoot better underwater video and photos, and to edit footage in GoPro's Quik app.

MISSION 1 PRO uses a 1-inch sensor to capture reef color

The camera records video up to 8K60. Its 1-inch sensor and low-light performance are designed to bring out color and detail in reefs, sea life and underwater landscapes.

Dive Mode is one of 13 intelligent capture modes and is built to improve color accuracy and reduce noise underwater. The Protective Housing is rated to 196 feet (60 meters), and Anti-Fog Inserts help keep footage clear on each dive. A new 40-inch Carbon Fiber Extension Pole lets divers capture wider angles that show more of the scene.

PADI courses run Nov. 3-5 and welcome non-certified participants

GoPro's Global Training and Education team and PADI instructors lead the hands-on Distinctive Specialty courses. They are open to PADI divers, freedivers, snorkelers, mermaids and non-certified participants. GoPro and PADI will also host an Instructor Program.

GoPro plans a specialty course with SSI

GoPro also announced plans to work with Scuba Schools International (SSI) on training, content and a GoPro specialty course. GoPro will supply specialized content, technique guidance and product instruction. SSI will handle instructional design, curriculum standards and delivery through its instructor network.

GoPro Escapes adds Cozumel, the Galapagos and Key Largo

GoPro Escapes are curated multi-day trips hosted by GoPro Athletes, underwater storytellers and professional dive guides. Destinations are chosen for marine life, conservation, visibility and adventure, and each trip is a small-group experience. Cozumel, the Galapagos and Key Largo are the new additions.

Cohen Summers, GoPro's Senior Director of Global Training and Education, said the company wants to expand its partnerships across the diving community and supply the products, training and destinations divers need.
