Philadelphia – November 03, 2026 -- Signant Health has launched SignalSpace, a connected environment that combines its applications, study activity, support, workflows, data and AI-guided intelligence in one secure destination for sites, sponsors and CROs. SignalSpace comes standard with Signant solutions.
The product targets fragmentation in trial technology. A single study often involves multiple systems, logins, workflows and support channels, which makes uninterrupted work and data access harder. SignalSpace gives site teams one starting point so they can move between Signant solutions without losing context. Sponsors and CROs get a broader view across studies, products and programs.
SHAI DataAssist lets users query study data in plain language
The built-in study intelligence runs on SHAI DataAssist, an AI-based, iterative prompting tool. Users ask questions of study data sets in natural language, explore the data, identify patterns and see activity across a study or program. The tool removes the need for fixed static reports, custom data report requests and manual work on downloaded data sets.
"The challenge isn't a lack of data," said Spencer Jones, senior vice president, global product management at Signant. He said the problem is accessing the right information intuitively and acting on it.
Signant aims SignalSpace at customers with multi-solution agreements
Jones said customers already license Signant solutions in bundles or at a pre-determined annual volume. Those solutions include ePRO, eClinRO, RTSM and clinical supplies. SignalSpace is meant to raise the value of these agreements by making product access easier and bringing endpoints together in a single environment.
Signant says more than 600 sponsors and CROs, including all Top 20 pharma companies, have used its eClinical solutions over more than 25 years.
Signant plans to extend SignalSpace toward patient experience data
Jones said SignalSpace will evolve beyond its current capabilities, adding connectivity, intelligence and efficiency across the clinical trial ecosystem. Signant intends to build a more unified environment where sponsors and CROs can access, understand and act on data across studies and programs. As the capabilities expand, the company expects SignalSpace to provide an increasingly rich view of patient experience data. SignalSpace is available to sponsors, CROs and sites participating in Signant-supported studies.
