Austin – November 03, 2026 -- Schoox, the learning and growth platform for frontline enterprises, is adding an intelligence dashboard that turns the questions employees ask during work into capability gaps with a dollar value attached to each. The company also gave its Learning-In-Action Assistant (LINA) agentic capabilities for administrators and introduced FlexCourses, a tool that builds one course for delivery in multiple formats and languages.
The additions join the Learning Impact Suite, introduced in November 2025. Together they form what Schoox calls a continuous loop linking frontline questions, training and business results.
Dashboard prices each gap against business metrics
The dashboard will group employee questions into topics, tie each topic to a gap and show the roles and locations affected. It will price each gap using the Learning Impact Suite's economic model of each role, measured against the business metrics the fix would improve. Each figure will carry an on-screen audit trail so learning leaders can rank the work by impact.
"Completion reports tell you who finished a course," said Lefteris Ntouanoglou, PhD, Founder and CEO of Schoox. He said the questions employees ask on the job show which capabilities the business is missing.
Process and system problems get routed away from learning
The dashboard will separate learning barriers from process and system barriers and recommend a response for each. When the cause is a process or systems problem, it will route the issue away from learning. For content quality gaps, a document audit will read a file end to end, grade it against the questions employees actually ask and draft a proposed rewrite.
It will also detect and risk-score skills the workforce is starting to ask about, so teams can act before a local issue becomes a chain-wide gap. After a change goes live, the dashboard will measure whether it worked and sharpen the next forecast.
LINA agents can launch training on behalf of administrators
LINA, introduced in 2025 to answer employee questions from company content, can now retrieve learner data, write, update and launch training through a single interface. Administrators direct every action, and permissions follow each user's role.
Learning teams approve every change before employees see it
Schoox shows its output, sources and reasoning at each stage, so teams can edit, enhance or discard it. Customer data is not used to train external models or shared across customers. Employee question data is surfaced in aggregate by job role to protect individual privacy.
FlexCourses delivers one course as article, video, audio or cards
An administrator builds a course once and approves its structure before any content is generated. FlexCourses then delivers it as an article, video, podcast-style audio or microlearning cards. Edits sync across formats and languages, and Schoox flags which translations need an update when the source changes.
Schoox will demonstrate the capabilities at DevLearn 2026 on November 4-5 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, at Booth 303. Its customers include KIOTI Tractor, Five Guys, The Fresh Market and Sonesta Hotels.
