CHICAGO – November 03, 2026 -- Arity, a subsidiary of The Allstate Corporation, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the remaining ownership interest in mobility data company Replica, with closing expected in 2026 subject to customary conditions.
Replica adds people-movement data to Arity's mobility platform
Replica supplies privacy-centric data and modeling that help customers understand travel patterns, anticipate changes and evaluate potential outcomes. Its customer base includes public agencies, urban planners and infrastructure decision-makers. The company applies machine-learning models to large-scale datasets and supports compliance with federal reporting requirements, according to the announcement.
Three data sources now cover how people travel, how networks perform and how people drive
The deal builds on Arity's completed acquisition of INRIX. Combined, Arity, Replica and INRIX cover three layers of mobility intelligence: how people travel, how transportation networks perform, and how people drive. Arity says the integrated view is aimed at businesses, public agencies and transportation consultants making decisions on planning, safety and investment.
Arity converts trillions of miles of driving behavior data into intelligence for insurers, brands and public-sector partners across pricing, risk, marketing and safety.
Arity president says fragmented transportation intelligence is the target
Gary Hallgren, president of Arity, said transportation intelligence has been fragmented and that combining the three companies will give customers a more complete understanding of mobility.
Replica co-founder and president Nick Bowden said the company's scenario modeling shows how infrastructure connects to people "how people actually live, work, and move through their communities," and how operational or policy decisions could change those connections.
Arity said the transaction also supports Allstate's investment in data, analytics and mobility intelligence.
