SMITHFIELD, R.I. – November 03, 2026 -- Acclaro Medical will showcase UltraClear, which it describes as the world's first 2910 nm cold ablative fiber laser, at the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS) Annual Meeting, held November 4-8 in San Diego, California.

The company is using the conference to promote UltraClear as the anchor of a new skin resurfacing category. The platform covers treatments from prejuvenation and superficial resurfacing to advanced procedures, including treatment of excess skin with the proprietary Laser-Coring technique. Acclaro says the fiber laser is designed for all skin types, with faster healing and greater patient comfort.

Acclaro pitches the system as a single adaptable platform. Physicians can adjust treatments by skin concern, skin type, treatment depth and aesthetic objective. Indications cited include skin aging, pigmentation, scars and the effects of gravity.

Eight podium and workshop sessions address laser resurfacing

The ASDS program features sessions by recognized dermatologic surgeons on laser topics. UltraClear clinical studies will be presented in podium talks, educational sessions and hands-on workshops covering ablative resurfacing, treatment techniques, skin of color and scar management.
