DPR Construction Named to Forbes' America's Dream Employers 2027

Santa Clara – November 03, 2026 -- DPR Construction, which employs more than 13,500 professionals worldwide, has been named to Forbes' America's Dream Employers 2027 list, a ranking built on surveys of college students and employees across the United States.

Forbes and Statista ranking weighs student interest and employee advocacy

The list, developed by Forbes and Statista, rests on independent surveys. It reflects college students' interest in working for DPR and employees' willingness to recommend the company as an employer.

DPR's 18-month Builder Development Program now has more than 200 engineers

The rotational program targets students entering construction after college. Participants work on active project teams and receive hands-on field experience, structured learning and coaching.

Vicki Angell, who leads DPR's early career programs, said the program gives new engineers project experience, support and feedback, and exposure to the range of paths in construction.

Employee survey shows 97 percent rate DPR a great place to work

The employee survey was conducted earlier this year. DPR has also been recognized as a top workplace by local and national organizations.

CEO George Pfeffer pitches construction careers beyond the jobsite

Pfeffer said construction now offers careers spanning building and fabrication, technology and logistics. DPR's prefabrication covers more than 90% of new work, and the company deploys a skilled craft workforce on nearly all of its projects.
