ZHONGSHAN – November 03, 2026 -- Elephant Sculpture Art Co., Ltd. (ESAC) will use IAAPA Expo 2026 in Orlando on Nov. 17-20 to pitch its themed family entertainment center (FEC) design approach to operators, investors and developers, led by its roughly 5,000-square-meter WUNPARK project in Shanghai.
ESAC books Booth W1433 at Orange County Convention Center for Nov. 17-20
The Zhongshan-based design and construction company plans to meet FEC operators, themed entertainment investors, commercial property developers and industry partners from North America and other regions. Project teams planning to build, renovate or upgrade are invited to arrange discussions with ESAC before the event.
IAAPA's Sept. 14 trends article flags scrutiny of costly, low-efficiency facilities
The IAAPA article, published Sept. 14, 2026, said hybrid entertainment formats, food-and-beverage offerings, social experiences, connected operations and perceived consumer value will keep influencing the industry. It also noted that technology adopted merely for the sake of "new tech," or costly facilities with limited operational efficiency, may face greater scrutiny. Themed environments, storytelling and active experiences for different age groups are likely to draw more attention.
ESAC says FECs are moving from single-purpose amusement venues to multi-experience destinations combining sport, interactive play, socializing and leisure. Investors are paying closer attention to experience differentiation, efficient space use and long-term operating value.
WUNPARK in Hongkou District uses a 10-meter void to create three explorable levels
The venue sits at Ruihong Xintiandi Sun Palace and is built around a "Hyperdimensional Train Station" narrative. A partial void of about 10 meters in height creates three levels, with themed zones named "Space-Time Rift," "Interstellar Adventure," "Detective Base" and "Noah's Ark."
Climbing, sliding, track riding and simulated interactive play are distributed across the themed areas rather than grouped by equipment category. At the entrance, mechanical installations and dynamic lighting build recognition. A unified storytelling framework links entrance visuals, themed environments, spatial transitions and guest circulation.
ESAC says this lets operators combine experiences of varying intensity within one brand universe, supporting group outings, multi-age use, event programming and social sharing. The company covers planning, concept design, design development, scenic and installation fabrication, and on-site implementation.
ESAC cautions that one project does not guarantee returns across markets
ESAC states that WUNPARK's actual operating results still need to be evaluated against the project's operating data. It lists four priorities for 2027 upgrades: a logical combination of experiences, a balance of visual focal points and guest flow, joint participation by visitors of different ages and groups, and a themed environment that can support event planning, social sharing and future updates. The company adds that a single project's results should not be generalized into guaranteed returns in every market.
