Texoma Credit Union Expands to Alkami's Full Sales & Service Platform

Plano – November 03, 2026 -- More than 50% of Texoma Community Credit Union's members adopted Alkami's digital banking platform within two weeks of launch, prompting the Wichita Falls, Texas-based institution to expand to Alkami's full Digital Sales & Service Platform, Alkami Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: ALKT) announced.

Online transactions rose 8.9% in six months after launch

In the first six months after going live, Texoma's online banking transactions grew 8.9% compared with the same period a year earlier. Online banking's share of combined online, branch and phone transactions climbed from 53.0% to 67.8%.

"Was it worth us converting to a new digital platform? Absolutely. 100%," said Angie Ohmstede, chief operating officer at Texoma.

Texoma is implementing MANTL onboarding and Alkami's data and marketing tools

The credit union is already live on the Alkami Digital Banking Platform. It is now implementing MANTL Onboarding & Account Opening, which is designed to streamline the account-opening journey. It is also adding Alkami's Data & Marketing Solution, which will use member insights for more targeted campaigns and personalized communications.

The combined platform is intended to connect key moments in the member lifecycle, from opening an account to managing finances. Texoma says the expansion supports its goal of delivering convenience and personalization while preserving local service and its community focus.

Alkami frames Texoma as a template for community institutions

Benjamin Conant, Alkami's chief product and technology officer, said Texoma shows how a community-focused credit union can use a successful digital banking launch as the starting point for a broader digital strategy.
