PAQ to Present First Clinical Data for KRAS G12D Degrader PT0253

Burlington – November 03, 2026 -- PAQ Therapeutics will present the first clinical data for PT0253, its selective KRAS G12D degrader, in a late-breaking oral session at the 38th EORTC-NCI-AACR Symposium on Molecular Targets and Cancer Therapeutics (ENA 2026) in Barcelona, Spain, on November 20.

Phase 1 data in advanced solid tumors will cover safety and antitumor activity

The presentation reports findings from the company's ongoing Phase 1 trial in patients with advanced solid tumors. The abstract title (6LBA) describes a differentiated safety profile and antitumor activity for PT0253, including in patients who received prior (K)RAS-targeted therapy.

The slot is scheduled for 12:36-12:44 p.m. CET in Plenary Session 6, "Proffered Papers: Advances in Targeting RAS." ENA 2026 runs November 18-20.

Nineteen authors led by Alexander I. Spira are listed on the oral abstract

Spira is the presenting author. The author list includes Leontios Pappas, William B. McKean, Drew W. Rasco, Anthony Tolcher, Do-Youn Oh, Eric Rubin, Nan Ji and Andrew P. Krivoshik.

Preclinical poster adds the compound profile on the same day

PAQ will also show a poster, Abstract 320, titled "PT0253 is a potent and selective KRAS G12D degrader for treatment of cancers." It will be displayed on Board PB-112 in the New Drugs session on November 20. Nine authors are listed, led by Huaixiang Hao and including Pengrong Yan, Lokesh Gakhar and Nan Ji.

PT0511, a pan-KRAS degrader, is also in Phase 1

PAQ's clinical pipeline has two programs, both in Phase 1 for advanced solid tumors: PT0253 and the pan-KRAS degrader PT0511. The source does not give patient numbers, response rates or safety figures. Those details are expected only with the ENA 2026 presentation.
