Garmin Descent X10 Dive Computer Costs $349.99, Runs 50 Hours

OLATHE, Kan. – November 03, 2026 -- Garmin's new Descent X10 dive computer is available now for a suggested retail price of $349.99, putting depth, time and oxygen data on a 2.1-inch backlit screen on the diver's wrist.

The always-on, high-contrast display uses large text and a backlight. Garmin says this keeps dive data readable in harsh sunlight on the boat and in dimmer conditions under water.

Three dive modes and a 50-hour battery

Descent X10 offers scuba, apnea and gauge modes, so divers can see the data that matters most for each kind of dive. The device is rated to 10 ATM. Its rechargeable battery delivers up to 50 hours of dive time and up to 6 months in standby mode.

NDL Aware depth metrics show divers in real time how specific depth changes affect their no-decompression limit, which can help extend bottom time. Divers who carry a backup can sync their settings across multiple compatible Descent dive computers.

The Garmin Dive app logs dives and runs simulations

After each dive, the Garmin Dive smartphone app can automatically upload logs, tag locations and track gear usage. Before getting wet, divers can pair the computer with the app and simulate full dives to practice real scenarios.

"Clear, accessible dive data can make all the difference under water," said Susan Lyman, Garmin Vice President of Consumer Sales and Marketing.

Replaceable bezel guards come in four colors

New plastic bezel guards, sold separately, come in Amp Yellow, Aqua, Purple Iris and Black. They add an extra layer of protection and let divers change the look of the device from dive to dive.

The box includes a silicone band that fits over a wetsuit. Optional QuickFit bands are also compatible. The housing and bezel are made entirely from recycled ocean-bound plastics.

Rental mode lets dive shops match the device to each diver

Dive schools, dive shops and charter operators can use a new rental mode to set up each computer to match a diver's skill level. The computers can be reset quickly between uses. Colorful bezel guards also make it easier to keep track of rental inventory.
