PRIMA Founder Pledges £10M to Expand CC Forum Globally in 2027-28

London – November 03, 2026 -- PRIMA founder Alexander Zhardanovsky has pledged £10 million across 2027-2028 to expand the CC (Climate Change) Investment Forum globally, under a Letter of Intent signed with forum founder Max Studennikoff.

Letter of Intent was signed at the 27-30 October London forum at the Mayfair Hotel

Zhardanovsky is a serial tech entrepreneur whose PRIMA aims to monetise the Recommendation Economy. The pledge is meant to fund the forum's work bringing people of influence together to tackle climate change and other global challenges. Studennikoff said the money will help the forum "accelerate and amplify" its work.

The forum was founded by Studennikoff, and its first event was held in London in 2018. It targets ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, investors, innovators, scientists and policymakers. Its agenda covers investment in sustainable solutions for climate change, geopolitical conflicts, poverty, inequality and mental health. Earlier editions took place in Paris, Zurich, Monaco, Bahrain, Dubai and Los Angeles.

CC Forum Foundation asks businesses to commit 1% of profits to charity

A UK-based charity, CC Forum Foundation, was launched alongside the pledge. It invites businesses to commit 1% of their profits to charitable causes.

CC Forum also entered a strategic partnership with the AI & Sustainability Alliance, which is endorsed through the Magnifica Humanitas initiative announced by Pope Leo earlier this year. The partnership rests on the premise that AI should be directed toward a greater good.
