Category A award supports federal procurement of audiovisual systems, collaboration technology, IT infrastructure, software, and associated integration services

ST. LOUIS, Nov. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- CTI, the largest privately held AV integration and events provider in the U.S., has secured a NASA SEWP VI Category A contract with a contract ceiling of $20 billion per contract. The award gives federal agencies and authorized contractors an established path to purchase eligible AV and IT products and related services from CTI.

The ordering period for CTI's contract, 80TECH26D0617, is scheduled to begin 1 November, 2026 through 31 October, 2036.

"CTI has a wealth of experience serving courts, mission-critical environments, broadcast, and federal facilities across the United States," says John Laughlin, CEO of CTI, "securing a SEWP VI contract from NASA will help our federal customers order AV and IT products and services in the swiftest and most efficient manner possible. I can't say how excited I am that we can provide this level of service."

NASA's Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement VI is a multiple-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) covering eligible information technology, communications and audiovisual products, solutions and related services. CTI's Category A award supports technology purchases for federal workplaces, collaboration spaces, operations centers and command environments.

Eligible CTI offerings include conference room systems, video walls, digital signage, presentation systems and professional audio equipment. Collaboration technologies include video conferencing, Microsoft Teams Rooms and Cisco systems, along with displays, visualization tools and integrated communications for command and control facilities.

Associated services include system design, installation, configuration, integration, testing, commissioning, training, maintenance and technical support. The contract allows federal agencies to purchase eligible technology alongside the services needed to deploy it, prepare employees to use it, and keep systems operating over time.
