SALT LAKE CITY – November 03, 2026 -- The Inner Circle has named Andrea P. Davis, founder and CEO of Elev8d Solutions, a Pinnacle Professional of the Year for her work in leadership development and executive coaching.
Davis runs Elev8d Solutions and holds a second role at Andersen Global Consulting
Elev8d Solutions offers executive coaching, team coaching, leadership development and management consulting. Davis also serves as Director of People and Organizational Performance and as Executive Coach at Andersen Global Consulting. In that role she works on organizational performance, leadership capabilities and strategic alignment.
Davis brings more than 25 years of experience across strategy, communications and transformation
Her background spans strategy, marketing, communications and organizational transformation. She has led enterprise communications for crisis response, mergers and acquisitions, brand strategy and employee engagement. Earlier roles include Senior Executive Advisor and Chief of Staff for Marketing at Intermountain Healthcare, plus marketing, communications and human resources leadership posts over nearly three decades.
Davis holds an MBA and coaching credentials from the International Coaching Federation and the CaPP Institute
She earned an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from the University of Utah. She is an ACC Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Personal and Executive Coach through the CaPP Institute. Her other credentials include Positive Intelligence Coach and Maxwell Certified Leader.
Davis's awards include 2026 Influential Women and the Gold eHealthcare Leadership Award
Other honors include a Silver Telly Award, a National Best of Show Business Insurance Award and multiple IABC Quill Awards. Elev8d Solutions is certified as a Women Owned Small Business by the Women's Business Enterprise Council. Davis advises the international health technology company VitVio and several local small businesses.
