Leverage Shares Readies Three Anthropic ETFs Ahead of ANT IPO

Greenwich – November 03, 2026 -- Leverage Shares by Themes is preparing three leveraged and inverse single-stock ETFs tied to Anthropic, which is expected to trade under the ticker ANT after its anticipated IPO.

Three funds target long and short daily exposure to Anthropic stock

The lineup comprises the Leverage Shares 2x Long Anthropic Daily ETF (ANUU), the 2x Short Anthropic Daily ETF (ANDD) and the 1x Short Anthropic Daily ETF (ANSS). ANUU seeks 200% of Anthropic's daily performance before fees and expenses. ANDD targets -200% and ANSS targets -100% of the same daily move.

The funds give investors leveraged bullish or inverse exposure through an exchange-traded structure, with no need to open a leveraged or short position in the stock directly. The funds do not invest directly in the underlying stock. The provider says they use derivatives such as futures contracts and swaps.

Daily rebalancing can push multi-day returns far from the stated multiple

All three funds rebalance each trading day. Returns over longer periods compound daily results and can differ significantly from the stated multiple of Anthropic's cumulative return. Funds may lose money over longer periods even if the stock stays flat or moves in the direction the fund targets.

A single-day move of more than 50% can wipe out an investment. ANUU holders could lose their full principal if Anthropic shares fall more than 50% in one session. ANDD holders face the same loss if the shares rise more than 50% in one session. ANSS also carries the risk of substantial or total loss if the stock rises significantly.

Themes Management Company advises the funds; ALPS Distributors handles distribution

Themes Management Company LLC advises the Themes ETFs Trust, and ALPS Distributors, Inc. distributes the funds. Neither Anthropic nor ALPS is affiliated with the products, and Anthropic does not sponsor or endorse them.

Leverage Shares has published two research pieces on the listing, one on the bull case and one on the bear case. Pricing, fee and launch-date details for ANUU, ANDD and ANSS have not yet been released.
