LAKEWOOD RANCH – November 02, 2026 -- Residents of Lakewood Ranch, Florida, can book private infrared sauna and light therapy sessions starting this November, when BEEM Light Sauna opens a new locally owned studio.

Private suites replace one-size-fits-all wellness

Each guest gets a private suite with full-spectrum infrared and light therapy. BEEM's sessions combine near-, mid-, and far-infrared therapy with red, green, blue, and chromotherapy light. The studio is designed for people fitting recovery into schedules that already include work, family, and workouts, whether they stop in after the gym or at the end of a long day.

Beth and Bill Stark chose Lakewood Ranch for its active residents

Franchise owners Beth and Bill Stark picked the community for its focus on health, fitness, and quality of life. They plan to partner with local businesses and organizations and to take part in community events. Beth Stark said she wants every visitor to feel "seen, supported, and connected."

BEEM runs 81 studios, and sessions qualify for HSA/FSA spending

Founded in 2021, BEEM operates 81 locally owned studios nationwide. Twenty-four of them offer advanced green and blue light therapy. Sessions are eligible for HSA/FSA spending.

Before the November opening, BEEM Lakewood Ranch is offering Founding Member opportunities to residents who want to be among the first to use the studio.
