PROVIDENCE – November 02, 2026 -- Wealthbox, the advisor CRM provider, has hired Anand Sheth, founder and former CEO of Pulse360, to build AI and enterprise features for the large RIAs, broker-dealers and advisor networks that make up a fast-growing share of its customer base.
Sheth brings nearly 20 years of Ameriprise experience to the product team
Sheth spent nearly 20 years at Ameriprise Financial in practice management, client service and compliance roles. He later served as Chief Operating Officer of Confluence Wealth Management Group. In 2019 he founded Pulse360, which automates meeting prep, notes, follow-ups and compliance records for advisors.
Pulse360 was a 2021 WealthManagement.com Industry Awards finalist and launched AI-powered note-taking in 2023. It integrated with leading advisor CRMs, including Wealthbox.
Sheth leads product initiatives end to end and reports to Head of Product Steve Carroll
Sheth will run initiatives from discovery through launch. His focus is AI-driven CRM capabilities for client-service and practice-management workflows at growing and enterprise firms. Many of these firms need stronger automation and tooling for firm-wide compliance and oversight.
Wealthbox cites enterprise wins from firms leaving legacy CRM systems
Wealthbox says it has won a growing share of large RIAs, multi-office advisory networks and enterprise broker-dealer platforms that moved off legacy CRM systems. Its AI lineup includes the Wealthbox AI Assistant, AI Notetaker and AI Agents. The company calls this lineup a central reason enterprise firms choose it over general-purpose alternatives.
Sheth said the next step is "turning the CRM from the place where client data lives into the place where work gets done." He identified the main bottlenecks as the movement of work between advisors, operations, service and compliance.
CEO and co-founder John Rourke said Sheth's operations background matches the perspective Wealthbox wants as more enterprise firms standardize on the platform. Carroll said Sheth's judgment on what AI should automate will shape what the company ships for larger firms.
