Invesco Declares Closed-End Fund Dividends: What Holders Should Know

ATLANTA – November 02, 2026 -- The Board of Trustees of each Invesco closed-end fund named in the company's announcement has declared dividends, and shareholders of record can expect notices explaining where the payments come from.

Section 19 Notices explain the source of payments

Under Section 19 of the Investment Company Act of 1940, each fund must send shareholders of record a Section 19 Notice whenever a distribution includes anything other than net investment income. The notice is for information only, not for tax reporting. Where it applies, it appears on the fund's page at invesco.com.

Form 1099-DIV covers the tax side

Distributions for federal income tax purposes will be reported on Form 1099-DIV for the calendar year. Each fund's annual report will describe the tax character of its distributions for the fiscal year. The final determination of the source and tax characteristics of all 2026 distributions will come after the year ends.

Payouts can change, and losses are possible

Invesco states that dividend amounts may vary over time and that past payments do not guarantee future ones. Investing in the funds carries risk, including the possible loss of money. Common shares are bought on the secondary market, may trade at a discount or premium to net asset value, and incur regular brokerage commissions.

Shareholders with questions can call Invesco at 800-341-2929.
