Infiterra adds multi-distributor buying and AI vendor onboarding

LONDON – November 02, 2026 -- Infiterra, a vendor-agnostic subscription commerce platform, is adding multi-distributor purchasing for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and an AI-assisted vendor onboarding studio for IT distributors. The platform already runs across 400+ marketplaces in 85 markets, with 44k+ cloud sellers and 99.9% billing accuracy.

Pax8 and TD SYNNEX integrations join Ingram Micro in the MSP buying hub

Infiterra will let MSPs buy from several distributors and manage and bill every subscription in one place. The company says MSPs with growing vendor portfolios currently juggle multiple distributor portals and disconnected billing systems. Integrations with Pax8 and TD SYNNEX are in development. The Ingram Micro integration is already in place.

Martin Thormeyer of COSMO CONSULT, a managed service provider of Microsoft Business Solutions operating in 17 countries, said the platform grows with the firm and prepares it for future challenges.

AI onboarding studio targets the technical cost of adding vendors to distributor marketplaces

Adding a vendor to a distributor marketplace requires significant technical investment, according to Infiterra. The vendor onboarding studio, now in development, will assess each new vendor and prepare its integration through the Ladder Integration Framework. The distributor's own team will then activate each vendor.

The studio builds on the live Microsoft integration. AWS and Google are on the roadmap. Infiterra says roadmap items are scheduled by quarter and may change.

Infiterra pitches its subscription record as the base for agentic commerce

CEO and Co-Founder Dr. Vassilis Zografos said the aim is to "democratize the buying experience" for the channel. He said each added connection also builds a single trusted record of every subscription, which ERP, CRM and PSA systems can rely on. As AI agents begin buying, renewing and managing subscriptions on a business's behalf, Zografos said, that system of record is what they will need to trust.

Infiterra is exhibiting at Booth #646 at IT Nation Connect Global in Orlando, November 4-6.
