LONDON – November 02, 2026 -- Infiterra, a vendor-agnostic subscription commerce platform, is extending its channel offering with multi-distributor purchasing for managed service providers (MSPs) and an AI-assisted vendor onboarding studio for IT distributors.
Infiterra adds Pax8 and TD SYNNEX integrations to its Ingram Micro connection
MSPs currently work across multiple distributor portals and disconnected billing systems as their vendor portfolios grow. Infiterra will let them buy from several distributors and manage and bill every subscription in one place. Integrations with Pax8 and TD SYNNEX are in development. An Ingram Micro integration is already in place.
Martin Thormeyer of COSMO CONSULT, an MSP of Microsoft Business Solutions operating in 17 countries, said the platform grows with the company and prepares it for future challenges.
AI-assisted onboarding studio targets distributors' vendor integration costs
Adding a vendor to a distributor's marketplace requires significant technical investment. The onboarding studio, still in development, will assess each new vendor and prepare its integration through Infiterra's Ladder Integration Framework. The distributor's own team will activate each vendor. The studio builds on the live Microsoft integration, with AWS and Google on the roadmap. Infiterra said roadmap items are scheduled by quarter and may change.
Infiterra runs across 400+ marketplaces in 85 markets
The platform serves 44,000+ cloud sellers and reports 99.9% billing accuracy. CEO and Co-Founder Dr. Vassilis Zografos said the aim is "democratizing the buying experience" for the channel. He added that each new connection builds a single record of every subscription that ERP, CRM and PSA systems can rely on. Zografos said that record will matter as AI agents begin buying, renewing and managing subscriptions on businesses' behalf.
Infiterra will exhibit at Booth #646 at IT Nation Connect Global in Orlando, November 4-6.
