Superpower Opens Pre-Orders for Prescribed Peptides

San Francisco – November 02, 2026 -- Superpower members can now pre-order clinician-prescribed peptide treatments, with shipping planned for the end of November 2026. The launch lineup of Superpower Peptides includes three single-compound peptides: BPC-157, TB-500 and MOTS-C.

Pre-orders open after a clinical consult

Members sign up for pre-orders and then go through clinical intake. Treatment is available only if a licensed provider prescribes it after an individual evaluation. Prescriptions are filled by U.S.-licensed pharmacies.

The program builds on Superpower's existing platform. That platform combines blood testing with wearable data, uses AI to generate personalized insights, action plans and supplement suggestions, and connects members with licensed clinicians for prescription consultations.

Blood tests set the baseline for treatment

Clinical evaluation, regular check-ins and lab monitoring are built into the program. The company says this lets clinicians compare a member's progress against their own baseline bloodwork rather than guesswork. Superpower's testing covers more than 100 biomarkers. Clinicians named in the announcement include Dr. Sara Szal and Dr. Alex Tatem.

"We're not iterating on healthcare, we're rebuilding it," said CEO Max Marchione, adding that peptides are now part of that system.

An HHS interim policy shaped the timing

The announcement follows an interim policy from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. HHS said it does not intend to take enforcement action against licensed pharmacies and physicians that compound these peptides under specified safeguards. It described the move as a more controlled alternative to unregulated "research use only" products while the FDA completes formal rulemaking.

Seven quality standards apply to every offering
  • Treatment only if prescribed by licensed providers
  • Clinically guided protocols
  • Comprehensive blood testing and monitoring
  • Prescriptions filled by U.S.-licensed pharmacies
  • Active ingredients from FDA-registered facilities
  • Batch-level third-party testing
  • Production in the USA
The peptides are compounded and not FDA-approved

Superpower states that the peptides are compounded medications that the FDA has not approved or authorized. They are offered under an HHS enforcement discretion policy that may be revised or rescinded at any time. They may not be available in all states. Evidence on their safety and effectiveness in humans is limited, and they are not appropriate for everyone.
