Neuss – October 30, 2026 -- Pudu Robotics has opened its European headquarters in Neuss, Germany, consolidating sales, demonstrations, training, warehousing and after-sales service after 11 European markets each recorded annual business growth above 60% over the past two years.
Eleven markets post growth above 60% a year
The growth markets are Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, the Netherlands, Norway, the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, the Czech Republic and Poland. Pudu's business now spans more than 20 European countries and 16 industries, including retail, food and beverage, hospitality, healthcare, transportation and education.
Named European customers include EDEKA, Albert Heijn, Carrefour, Marriott, Van der Valk, Pizza Hut, Intermarché, Denner and Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport.
Swiss grocer Denner runs more than 200 PUDU CC1 cleaning robots
Denner, a Swiss supermarket chain, has deployed more than 200 PUDU CC1 Series cleaning robots across its store network. Pudu adapts deployment plans to store layouts and operating patterns, and provides technical assistance and ongoing operational support.
Nearly 50 sales and 40 technical staff back the regional network
Pudu has nearly 50 sales professionals supporting channel partners and customer projects in Europe, plus nearly 40 technical support personnel across markets and deployments. Its infrastructure includes a service center in Germany and warehouses in the Netherlands and Germany that hold whole-robot inventory and spare parts.
The company also works with local distributors, system integrators and service providers on market development, deployment and maintenance. Support is offered in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and other languages.
Neuss site houses showroom, training and repair operations
The Neuss facility combines office operations, a product showroom, warehousing, training, sales, after-sales service and repair. All functions are now operational. The site will handle product demonstrations, distributor training and local service delivery, and will coordinate regional business activities. It complements Pudu's existing European offices, partner network and warehousing in the Netherlands and Germany.
