Foxconn Shows Record 321 Exhibits at Hon Hai Tech Day 2026

TAIPEI – October 30, 2026 -- Hon Hai Technology Group (Foxconn) (TWSE: 2317) opened its seventh annual Hon Hai Tech Day with a record 321 exhibits, a quarter of them in a Token Factory zone covering components through full system integration for next-generation AI infrastructure.

Foxconn presents NVIDIA DSX POD as a factory-built reference design for Vera Rubin racks

The NVIDIA DSX POD is a standardized, factory-built reference design. Partners can preintegrate NVIDIA Vera Rubin rack-scale AI infrastructure in modular containers and complete critical validation before shipment. After delivery, the units connect to prepared site infrastructure. Foxconn showed the POD publicly for the first time, and it dominated the venue.

Foxconn also tied its vertical integration to the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform, spanning rack-level AI supercomputing system integration down to sub-micron-level component manufacturing.

A 20-meter wall displays tens of thousands of micron-level components on PCBs

The Token Factory zone includes a 20-meter wall of PCBs mounted with tens of thousands of micron-level precision-engineered components. Other exhibits cover:

  • a cable-free, hose-free and fanless AI server compute tray design delivered in a single generation;
  • co-packaged optics (CPO), which Foxconn calls the next AI megatrend;
  • redesigned power, cooling and high-speed data solutions for more efficient AI infrastructure.

A simulated AI data hall shows how compute, networking, power and cooling are co-designed for an AI factory, including NVIDIA 800 VDC power distribution.

Visionbay.ai plans facility design around NVIDIA DSX MaxLPS principles

Visionbay.ai is Foxconn's business unit for AI supercomputing and cloud operations and an NVIDIA Cloud Partner. It is planning its facility design to follow NVIDIA DSX MaxLPS principles, which aim to maximize AI factory performance per watt within a fixed power envelope. The unit intends to optimize compute, power and cooling configurations before construction begins.

Foxconn adds precision manufacturing and customer-partnership zones for the first time

A new Precision Manufacturing zone highlights Foxconn's proprietary machining, materials processing and mold-making equipment. It features technologies behind Poketomo AI companion robots and one-punch laptop enclosures. A customer zone, also a first, uses photos and milestone timelines to document partnerships.

Chairman Young Liu said Foxconn is "transforming into a technology manufacturing platform service provider." He said the group is building its vertical integration and precision manufacturing strengths across smart consumer electronics, AI, EV, space and robotics.

NVIDIA, Google and Schneider Electric headline AI infrastructure sessions

NVIDIA, Google LLC and Schneider Electric discussed AI infrastructure onstage. Honda R&D Co Ltd and Mitsubishi Electric Mobility addressed next-generation electromobility. The Robotics and Humanoid zone assembled the most embodied intelligence in the event's history and demonstrated real-world applications of industrial products used in robotics.

Foxconn teams also showed how the NVIDIA Open Agent Safety Platform could support agent safety across smart healthcare, smart manufacturing and robotics, and smart city.

HHTD26 runs October 30-31 at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1, 1F and 4F. This year's edition adds a family-friendly pavilion for children, with themes of sustainability, mobility, smart factory and smart city.
