Orlando – October 30, 2026 -- Sam Nazarian, founder, chairman and CEO of sbe Entertainment Group, will open the second day of INSPIRE 2026 on December 16 with a session on "luxury longevity hospitality" at the JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa.

The International Luxury Hotel Association (ILHA) announced that Nazarian, who also founded The Estate, will hold an in-person conversation with ILHA Co-founder Jonathan Edelheit. The session is titled "Longevity: The Next Frontier of Luxury."

The agenda has three points: why longevity is the new luxury, how to extend the guest relationship beyond the stay through residential real estate and urban longevity clubs, and where owners and investors see opportunity in the longevity economy.

Nazarian launched SLS Hotels in 2006 and has spent two decades building sbe. The Estate, co-founded with Tony Robbins, develops immersive resorts, residences and longevity clubs designed to help people live longer and feel stronger.

Edelheit called the move into longevity "one of the most important conversations in hospitality right now." He said the audience of owners, operators and developers will want to hear how Nazarian is building it.

The Estate adds a second slot with its Chief Longevity Officer on December 15

Kenneth Ryan, Chief Longevity Officer of The Estate, will appear on the December 15 panel "Medical Wellness as the New Luxury Differentiator."
