SANTA CLARA – October 30, 2026 -- SafePaaS launched Identity360, a product that maps identities to source accounts and assigned privileges across connected and disconnected systems, extending governance to both human users and AI agents.
The company announced the product at its third CISO Cybersecurity Summit in Santa Clara. Identity360 consolidates data from enterprise resource planning, identity governance, identity and access management, and human resources systems.
Searchable inventory tracks risk score, last activity and open governance gaps
The platform builds a searchable inventory of identity type, source system, last activity, risk score and open governance gaps. Security teams can investigate dormant accounts, shared access and excessive privileges, and use risk indicators to prioritize remediation.
SafePaaS says many security teams lack a complete identity inventory. Accounts in homegrown systems, smaller applications and sources outside established governance processes can escape monitoring. Identity360 covers disconnected sources only when their records are brought into scope.
AI agents enter the identity inventory as adoption grows
As organizations deploy AI agents, they must determine which agents exist, what privileges those agents hold and which business systems they can reach. Identity360 links an agent's identity to its privileges so teams can decide where oversight is required. SafePaaS describes this visibility as a first step toward an identity fabric that places AI agents inside monitoring and control processes.
SafePaaS places the product in the Identity Visibility and Intelligence Platform (IVIP) category, which it says responds to rising demand for consolidated visibility and actionable intelligence across human and non-human identities.
Mustafa Ahmed, Associate Director of Product Management at SafePaaS, said a traceable view of identities and privileges gives organizations "a foundation for monitoring access and applying controls as AI adoption grows."
