NEW YORK – October 30, 2026 -- Concurrence, the healthcare data and AI company formerly known as Amigo, has made its Health World Model and AI agents available on Microsoft Marketplace, with eligible purchases counting toward customers' Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC).
Deployment runs inside the customer's existing Azure environment
The platform deploys directly into a healthcare organization's Azure environment with no data migration required. It can run in the customer's own Azure subscription or in a dedicated Concurrence-managed Azure subscription in the customer's region. Health systems, biopharma companies and public health organizations on Azure keep their existing governance controls.
Concurrence is interoperable with Epic on Azure. For organizations using Microsoft Fabric, it extends the existing data foundation to power AI across clinical and operational workflows.
Health World Model consolidates patient data from six source types
Concurrence builds a unified data foundation for each organization that supplies 360-degree patient context across EHR records, claims, labs, device data, prior conversations and care plans. AI agents sit on top of it and handle patient intake, medication management and clinical decision support.
Traces from live care interactions form a proprietary dataset that each organization can use to optimize clinical and operational investments. The company says its platform has driven more than 10 million patient interactions to date.
Concurrence cites integration friction as the main barrier to healthcare AI
"AI adoption in enterprise healthcare is rarely hampered by a lack of good use cases," said John Xing, Cofounder and CTO at Concurrence, adding that the hard part is deployment. He argued that building on a customer's existing technology ecosystem is the only way to avoid heavy implementation friction and accumulating tech debt.
Cyril Belikoff, vice president of Microsoft Azure Product Marketing, said Marketplace helps solutions like Concurrence reach more customers and markets.
Compliance and EHR integrations cover major vendors
Enterprise deployment is supported by native integrations with Epic, Oracle Health and athenahealth. The platform carries HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliance.
Healthcare institutions can engage Concurrence through their Microsoft account team, on Microsoft Marketplace or on the Concurrence website.
