Eden Prairie – October 29, 2026 -- Arctic Wolf has been named a Leader in the Q4 2026 QKS SPARK Matrix for AI SOC Automation, with QKS Group also rating it the highest vendor overall for customer service excellence, ease of deployment and use, and proven record.
The company's Aurora Agentic SOC conducts more than 200,000 investigations weekly. Arctic Wolf sells it as a managed service, so customers do not have to build agentic security capabilities in-house.
Swarm of Experts resolves more than 60% of investigations autonomously
The Aurora Agentic SOC runs on the Aurora Superintelligence Platform and coordinates Arctic Wolf's patent-pending Swarm of Experts framework. The framework pairs specialized AI agents with Arctic Wolf security analysts and replaces traditional tiered security workflows.
QKS Group cited the company's AI Trust Engine, which governs agent behavior through asset-sensitive approval gates, adjustable confidence thresholds, and tiered handling that runs from autonomous resolution to human-led decisions. The report also noted that change controls and blast-radius constraints reflect customer policies and asset criticality. Complex decisions receive additional validation before action is taken.
QKS Group analyst Andrew Aken described the combination as showing "a strong combination of technology innovation and operational impact."
Investigations complete in as little as 12 seconds, Arctic Wolf says
QKS Group found that the platform reduces the number of alerts requiring analyst handling through automated closure, deduplication, and contextual suppression. It also reduces mean time to triage and speeds case resolution in production environments. Parallel agents assemble a case dossier, test evidence, and propose outcomes, so analysts do not repeat research.
Arctic Wolf says investigations finish in as little as 12 seconds through the coordinated work of its AI agents.
Aurora Agentic SOC deploys in 10 days at roughly one-twelfth the in-house cost, per Arctic Wolf
According to Arctic Wolf, the Aurora Agentic SOC deploys in as little as 10 days and is roughly 12 times more cost-effective than building and maintaining an agentic SOC internally.
QKS Group identified the ideal customer as a mid-market to enterprise program with a heterogeneous security stack and limited capacity to engineer and govern agents. Such buyers also want to reduce triage load while accelerating response. The report described the offering as suited to organizations seeking a managed AI SOC that consolidates detection, investigation, and response across multi-vendor environments with predictable costs.
Customers get unlimited ingestion. Because charges are not tied to events or investigations, QKS Group noted, cost exposure stays stable during alert storms.
Dan Schiappa, President of Technology and Services at Arctic Wolf, said the Aurora Agentic SOC was built to combine agentic AI with human oversight to speed response and improve security outcomes at scale.
