SYDNEY – October 29, 2026 -- Envision delivered Sustainable Aviation Fuel certificate (SAFc) attributes corresponding to 10 tonnes of CO2 emissions reductions at Global Citizen NOW: Perth, the first international application of its SAFc solution.
Envision retires SAF attributes through a global registry
The reductions are linked to the actual production and use of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). The associated attributes are recorded and retired through a leading global registry to ensure transparency and traceability. Envision served as Sustainability Partner of the event.
Perth summit convenes governments, investors and First Nations ahead of COP31
Global Citizen and the Government of Western Australia co-hosted the summit ahead of COP31. Attendees included representatives from governments, businesses, philanthropic foundations and First Nations communities. Envision's Australian team took part in discussions on clean energy investment and industrial decarbonisation, held bilateral meetings, and joined the Capital Mobilization Roundtable and Masterclass. The team exchanged views with business, investment and climate leaders on Western Australia's potential role in next-generation green industries.
Perth follows the SAFc pilot at the 26th CIFIT in Xiamen
The Perth deployment builds on Envision's SAFc application at the 26th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT) in Xiamen in September. There, the company showed how SAFc could address the air-travel emissions of a major conference. Envision now frames the model as a scalable option for companies and major events seeking to cut aviation-related emissions across global value chains.
Bella Zhang, Head of Global SAF at Envision, said the company will keep exploring green fuel applications across aviation and international events, foster collaboration along the green fuel value chain, and support aviation's low-carbon transition through transparent, traceable environmental attribute management.
