Miami – October 28, 2026 -- Admire Capital, the developer led by Founder and CEO Diana Ulis, now has projects in four South Florida neighborhoods, including an 83-residence Ritz-Carlton branded condominium in Fort Lauderdale. The portfolio spans a single-family home in Coconut Grove, a commercial and retail property in Wynwood, a waterfront home on Miami Beach's Sunset Island I and the Fort Lauderdale tower.
Fort Lauderdale tower places 83 residences on a 1.5-acre site
The Ritz-Carlton Residences Fort Lauderdale Beach will comprise two 13-story towers at 551 Bayshore Drive, between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Garcia Stromberg designed the project, Dan Fink Studio is handling interiors, and residents will receive The Ritz-Carlton's branded residential services.
Ulis brought in wellness consultant Amber Berger, originator of the Invisible Wellness concept, during the design phase. Berger worked with Garcia Stromberg to orient both towers for natural light, coastal airflow and water views. The team also screened building materials for emissions and treated acoustics, air quality, lighting and spatial flow as one integrated system.
Wynwood property adds 17,160 square feet of commercial and retail space
According to the firm, the Wynwood development sits in the neighborhood's core pedestrian district, at the intersection of its high-density main access corridor. The area began shifting from garment and warehouse use after Wynwood Walls opened in 2009.
Residential projects total 17,100 square feet across Coconut Grove and Sunset Island I
Villa Verdant, a 10,800-square-foot single-family residence in Coconut Grove, is listed as designed by Carl Levin & Spectrum. It uses open-concept interiors that flow into the surrounding tropical landscape and is built around the neighborhood's tree canopy.
On Miami Beach, Sunset Island I holds a 6,300-square-foot single-family home with a tropical-modern design. The island is reached by a guarded bridge off North Bay Road at 29th Street.
Ulis rejects a uniform development formula. "I've never believed in copy-and-paste development," she told Cambridge Global.
