MISSOURI CITY, Texas, Oct. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Paris Baguette is preparing to open its new Missouri City bakery café on October 31st, bringing the brand's signature bakery café experience to the community. Located at 6266 Highway 6 in the Kroger-anchored Colony Lakes Shopping Center, the new café will serve Missouri City and surrounding communities, including Sienna, Riverstone, Quail Valley and Lake Olympia. With more than 4,000 locations worldwide and more than 350+ bakery cafés operating across North America, the brand continues to expand its footprint, with multiple locations in development. The established concept is rapidly strengthening its presence in key markets.

The café will be owned and operated by Osman Ulhaq, alongside Krystle Ulhaq, Vice President of Talent and Experience. Ulhaq brings experience across hospitality, automotive and financial services to the new venture. He began his career with InterContinental Hotels, where he developed a passion for guest hospitality, before moving into leadership roles with Honda and Lexus and later Yum! Brands. Most recently, he served as executive vice president and chief strategy and growth officer across three credit union organizations in Arizona before returning to the Houston area. Looking for a business that would bring together his experience in strategic growth and brand marketing with his interest in hands-on hospitality, Ulhaq chose Paris Baguette after experiencing the concept firsthand.

Paris Baguette Missouri City has hired locally, creating 45 new jobs for people in the area, and plans to continue creating employment and development opportunities as the business grows.

The Missouri City café opening is a milestone for the brand, and the 30th in the state of Texas.
