HOUSTON, Oct. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Boardwalk Pipelines, LP ("Boardwalk") today announced that Scott Wexler has joined the company as chief financial officer and senior vice president, corporate strategic development.

In his new role, Wexler will lead Boardwalk's finance organization and help shape and execute the company's long-term growth strategy. His responsibilities will span financial planning and analysis, treasury, capital markets, financial reporting, strategic investments, business development and corporate strategy.

"Scott brings a valuable combination of financial expertise, strategic insight and leadership experience that will be instrumental as we continue executing our growth strategy," said Scott Hallam, president and chief executive officer of Boardwalk Pipelines. "We have significant opportunities ahead, and we want to pursue them with discipline and a clear focus on where we can create lasting value for our customers and the business. Scott will be an important part of that work, and we are pleased to welcome him to Boardwalk."

Wexler will work closely with Steve Barkauskas to ensure a smooth transition, and he will assume the role of chief financial officer effective January 1, 2027. Barkauskas, who previously announced plans to retire from Boardwalk after more than 20 years with the company, will step down as chief financial officer at the end of the year and remain with Boardwalk until his retirement in May 2027.

"Steve has played a key role in building Boardwalk into the company it is today," Hallam said. "His sound judgment, discipline and deep commitment to this business have made Boardwalk stronger. His leadership will be invaluable as we complete a thoughtful transition and prepare for the opportunities ahead."

Wexler brings two decades of experience in corporate finance, strategic development, investment banking and energy infrastructure. He has advised and led organizations through strategic growth initiatives, capital allocation decisions and transformational opportunities.

"I am honored to join Boardwalk and to work alongside employees across the organization," said Wexler. "Boardwalk has a strong operational foundation, strategically positioned assets, and a compelling growth story. I look forward to building on those strengths and collaborating with the leadership team to advance the company's strategy."

His appointment supports Boardwalk's focus on disciplined growth and long-term value creation as the company continues to deliver safe, reliable energy infrastructure to the markets and communities it serves.
