The Keyes Family of Companies, Florida's largest independent brokerage company, Joins HouseCanary's Google Listings Program

Active listings for firm's over 4,000 agents now available for display directly on Google mobile search

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- HouseCanary, provider of a best-in-class property intelligence and valuation platform to financial institutions and real estate professionals, today announced that The Keyes Company and Illustrated Properties have joined the Google Listings Program. Under the agreement, the active listings for Florida's largest independent brokerage company are available for display in Google mobile search in live markets.

When consumers search for homes on Google mobile in a live market, listings from Keyes and Illustrated will be among those that appear in a carousel at the top of the results. Each listing shows basic property details and listing brokerage attribution, and consumers can tap through to a detail page with more information about the home, the listing agent's name and a click-to-contact button.

"Leading brokerages like Keyes are joining the Google Listings Program because their sellers expect their homes to show up where buyers search," said Chris Rediger, CEO of HouseCanary. "We're building the network that makes that possible, market by market."

"A seller's home deserves to be found where buyers are looking, and today many of them begin on Google," said Mike Pappas, CEO of The Keyes Company and Illustrated Properties. "Strengthening how our listings are distributed puts more buyers in front of every home we market, and gives our agents one more way to win with sellers. We work for our agents, and we will keep giving them every advantage we can."

Launched in early 2026 and expanding to all eligible US markets this fall, the Google Listings Program is powered by HouseCanary, which establishes agreements with MLSs to feed their brokerage members' listings to Google.

HouseCanary also connects directly with brokerages, such as Keyes, to bring their listings into the program, via a participating MLS. The listings across Keyes' brokerage footprint come via My State MLS, which provides U.S.-wide service to brokerage members. As part of the agreement, agents at Keyes also gain complimentary access to HouseCanary's agentic AI platform that features CMA, ads management and property intelligence skills.

In addition to My State MLS, MLSs participating in the Google Listings Program include ARMLS, Bright MLS, California Regional MLS, IRES MLS, Permian Basin Board of Realtors, REcolorado and San Diego MLS.

Brokerages that want their listings to appear in the program can join a participating MLS or encourage their local MLS to take part. To learn more about the program and how to participate, visit housecanary.com/google or email [email protected].
