From Policy to Practice: Powering Maritime Excellence

At Teekay, we know that achieving excellence starts with investing in people. By equipping seafarers with the right training, mentorship and hands-on experience, we help transform standards and expectations into everyday actions.

The theme “Maritime Excellence” reflects the shared goal of creating a safe, secure, efficient and environmentally sustainable shipping industry that continually strives for improvement.

We support this commitment by investing in the next generation of maritime professionals through cadet training, mentorship and hands-on learning opportunities.

Through our cadet programs, onboard training initiatives and commitment to continuous learning, we are helping turn maritime policy into everyday practice, one future seafarer at a time.
