West Hollywood – October 19, 2026 -- The Sun Rose Residences unveiled its VERIFIEDTM Luxury Residences plaque from Forbes Travel Guide at an on-site event, after earning the designation this summer through a comprehensive verification process.

Verification reviewed service culture, operations and resident experience

The review evaluated the West Hollywood property's service culture, operational practices and resident experience against the program's standards. The designation recognizes luxury residential communities that deliver resident experiences inspired by the service culture of the world's finest hospitality brands.

FirstService Residential honors associates with recognition pins

Residents, board members, the developer and sales team and FirstService Residential associates attended the gathering. Associates received recognition pins alongside the plaque unveiling.

General manager Rafael Figueroa said the plaque matters for what it represents: "the commitment our associates bring to residents every day." He added that the team continues to discuss service moments as learning opportunities.
