Murfreesboro – October 19, 2026 -- Holland Industrial Group and Hilco Global will sell the complete Dexter Stamping facility, including two 1,200-ton presses, in a live webcast auction on Tuesday, November 17, at 10:00 a.m. ET. Dexter Stamping is a precision metal stamping and assemblies manufacturer serving the automotive industry.

Heavy-tonnage presses lead the equipment list

The press line-up includes a 2010 1,200-ton AIDA transfer stamping press, a 1,200-ton Minster mechanical power press, a 400-ton AIDA mechanical press and a 500-ton Minster press. Multiple 300-ton Niagara stamping presses are also on offer.

Robotic cells and wire bending systems broaden the sale

Wire bending assets include 2022 IP Automation 3D CNC wire bending machine cells with FANUC robotics, plus multiple AIM wire bending machines. Robotic offerings cover STAMTEC robotic press cells, a UTE CNC tube bending cell and an automated automotive seat headrest frame manufacturing cell. Accubilt automated robotic welding cells with FANUC robots are also included.

Machining, inspection and handling assets round out the lot

Supporting equipment includes a 2018 Haas VF-4SS CNC vertical machining center, a 2016 Haas ST-10 CNC turning center and an Agie Cut E 600 CNC electrical discharge machine. The sale also lists precision inspection and testing equipment, overhead bridge cranes, forklifts, die handling equipment, air compressors and welders.

Buyers can bid on the turnkey facility or on individual assets

The equipment is offered as a complete turnkey facility and as individual assets. Alex Holland, President of Holland Industrial Group, called the sale an "exceptional opportunity" for manufacturers and automotive suppliers to expand operations or add production capacity.
