SAS helps illuminate the health impact of solar power in rural Uganda

Let There Be Light International uses data to better understand how clinic electrification projects support maternal care, patient access and healthier homes

CARY, N.C., Oct. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Global data and AI leader SAS helped Let There Be Light International better understand how solar electrification affects health care and daily life in rural Uganda. Through a Data for Good project, SAS employee volunteers analyzed years of clinic and household data to measure what changes after the lights come on.

The analysis linked solar power at rural health clinics with longer service hours, more attended births and greater patient access. Electrified clinics reported an average of 11.5 additional operating hours per day, 107.3% increase in attended births and 48.9 more patients each week.

"Previously we had no reliable light and this affected our maternity service delivery at night," said Sylvia, a midwife at a Safe Births + Healthy Homes clinic. "But with the solar lamp incentive, clinic births have more than doubled within a period of less than a year. We are happy to have a reliable light source to better handle deliveries at night and not spend money on buying disposable flash torches and kerosene. We have high hopes that many more mothers will be delivering at the health clinic instead of going to traditional birth attendants."

Let There Be Light International works to address energy poverty by bringing solar power to rural health facilities and homes. Its Safe Births + Healthy Homes program supports maternal and infant health while helping families access safe lighting after mothers and newborns leave the clinic.

Two volunteer teams examined different parts of that work. One team analyzed whether electrified clinics could remain open longer, support more births and serve more patients. A second team studied participant data from Safe Births + Healthy Homes program data to better understand how solar lighting affected the health, safety and daily routines of mothers and their families.

For clinics, the findings show that the value of electricity extends beyond infrastructure. Additional operating capacity gives health workers more opportunities to provide care after sunset and respond to the needs of mothers, newborns and other patients.

"The real value of analytics was in connecting infrastructure to outcomes that matter to people," said Naveen Sundaresan, SAS Technical Support Engineering Manager and project volunteer. "Electrification is not just about whether a clinic has power; it is about whether that power translates into longer operating hours, greater patient access, stronger maternal health capacity and more reliable care."

"SAS analyzed more than a decade of data, giving us a clearer picture of how solar power improves health and health care in off-grid communities and who benefits most," said Hannah Schulman, Director of Programs and Impact at Let There Be Light International. "Better understanding what really works to support mothers, clinic staff and whole communities helps us strengthen our programs. It allows us to partner more effectively with local stakeholders and advocate for expanding solar safety net programming so that no one is left behind."

The household analysis included responses from 3,519 families. Of those surveyed, 88.1% reported improved health at home, while 56.9% reported reduced symptoms or illness. Families also described safer nighttime household chores and activities and greater confidence caring for children after dark.

The clinic and household findings give Let There Be Light International a clearer view of the outcomes associated with solar electrification. By combining clinic results, household experiences, illness patterns and geographic information, the organization can better understand past impact and make more informed decisions about where future support could have the greatest value, how to replicate elsewhere and how to best support communities.

Explore how data helped Let There Be Light International measure the power of light.

Miami Florida Legal Firm Godoy Law P.A. Launches Bilingual YouTube Channel

Immigration firm led by attorney Hilmarys Godoy-Villard brings plain-language information to Spanish and English-speaking families across Miami-Dade

HIALEAH GARDENS, Fla., Oct. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Godoy Law P.A., a Miami-based firm that has practiced U.S. immigration law exclusively since 2018, today announced the launch of its bilingual YouTube channel. The channel offers free, easy-to-follow videos in Spanish and English that explain immigration processes, answer common questions, and introduce viewers to the attorney behind the firm.

"I became an immigration attorney because I've lived it," says founder Hilmarys Godoy-Villard. "I know what it feels like to arrive with nothing and hope that somebody will guide you... I talk to my clients as I would talk to a friend. When I think you have a solution, I'll tell you, and when I think you don't, I will also tell you. I will never guide you the way that I wouldn't guide a family member."

The channel opened with two Spanish-language videos. The first, "Meet an Immigration Lawyer Who Actually Listens", introduces founder Hilmarys Godoy-Villard and the personal story that led her to immigration law. The second video, "Cómo consultar tu fecha de corte de inmigración en línea Paso a paso", explains how to check immigration court dates online, a task that can have serious consequences if a hearing is missed.

Godoy Law P.A. Experience in Miami and Hialeah Gardens Immigration Law

That same directness and compassion above shape how the firm works today. Clients speak directly with Godoy-Villard about legal strategy, receive written flat-fee quotes for most case types, and get an honest assessment of their options before anything is filed. Future videos will cover the firm's core practice topic areas:

- Family-Based Immigration

- Green Cards

- Citizenship and Naturalization

- Deportation Defense and Removal Proceedings

- Asylum

- Cuban Adjustment Act

From its office in Hialeah Gardens, the firm serves clients across Miami-Dade County, including Hialeah, Doral, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, and Little Haiti, and accepts cases from Broward, Monroe, and other South Florida counties. Because immigration law is federal, many matters can be handled regardless of where a client lives. The team works in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole, so clients can discuss their case in the language they are most comfortable speaking.

Boston Attorney Paul J. Toland Named to Super Lawyers Rising Stars List for Seventh Consecutive Year

BOSTON, Oct. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Toland Law, LLC announced today that founder and managing attorney Paul J. Toland has been selected to the 2026 Massachusetts Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers, marking his seventh straight year of recognition since 2020. The selection honors his work at the intersection of immigration law and criminal defense, where a single criminal charge can decide whether a non-citizen stays in the United States. Immigrants and families facing an immigration matter in Massachusetts can find more information at https://www.paultolandlaw.com/immigration/.

"Everyone accused of a crime, whether guilty or innocent, needs an experienced criminal attorney who will provide sound legal advice, protect their rights, and defend them vigorously and effectively," says Founder Paul J. Toland. "You can't take a chance on an inept or inexperienced attorney."

Super Lawyers selects Rising Stars through a peer-influenced, research-driven process, and no more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in each state receive the designation. Toland has been licensed in Massachusetts since 2012 and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Toland's commitment to immigrants is personal. Raised by a Colombian mother and an American father in a bilingual, bicultural home, he came to understand the immigrant experience early on and built Toland Law to help immigrants succeed on their journey to the United States. Today, he and his team serve clients in English, Spanish, and Portuguese and are active on social media and YouTube.

That combination drives how Toland Law handles every case. For a non-citizen, a conviction that a citizen might absorb can lead to deportation or permanent inadmissibility. So, before a plea is considered, the firm weighs the immigration consequences, and before an immigration application is filed, it screens for criminal history that could derail the application. Toland has vacated dozens of criminal convictions for immigrant clients, protecting them from removal and opening paths to lawful status.

How Toland Law Helps Clients in Boston, Massachusetts

Few legal problems carry higher stakes than a threat to your freedom or your future in the United States, and for many of Toland Law's clients, both are on the line at once. The firm represents immigrants, families, and employers before the immigration courts, USCIS, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the federal courts, and U.S. consulates abroad. It also defends individuals in District and Superior Courts across Massachusetts. Because the firm practices both immigration law and criminal defense in Boston, each client receives a single coordinated strategy: no plea is weighed without considering its immigration consequences, and no application is filed without screening for criminal history that could derail it. Services include:

- Family-based petitions, green cards, and citizenship for immigrants and their relatives

- Asylum, Temporary Protected Status, and Special Immigrant Juvenile status for those seeking protection

- Removal and deportation defense, including ICE custody matters

- Vacating prior criminal convictions that threaten immigration status

- Defense against OUI, drug crimes, including trafficking, theft, property, fraud, and white-collar charges

- Representation in domestic violence, violent crime, sex crime, and homicide cases

- Probation violation defense and sealing criminal records

About Toland Law, LLC

Toland Law, LLC is a Boston law firm concentrating on immigration law and criminal defense. It was founded by Paul J. Toland, Esq., a former Worcester County Assistant District Attorney and a graduate of the University of Rochester and the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover. The firm represents immigrants, their families, and employers in matters ranging from family petitions, green cards, citizenship, and asylum to removal defense. It also defends individuals facing criminal charges throughout Massachusetts. Their attorneys bring backgrounds rooted in the United States, Colombia, and Ghana to their work, and the firm serves clients in English, Spanish, and Portuguese from its office in downtown Boston.

2026 QSR DRIVE-THRU REPORT REVEALS SURPRISING RESULTS: TIM HORTONS THE FASTEST, AI EXPOSES A HOSPITALITY GAP

Annual study examines drive-thru speed, accuracy, customer experience and the growing impact of artificial intelligence across the quick-service restaurant industry.

CLEVELAND, Oct. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The results are in, and some of the biggest names in quick-service restaurants may be surprised by what they reveal. The 2026 QSR Drive-Thru Report, the 26th annual industry study, is now available, uncovering new insights into how leading restaurant brands are performing across speed, order accuracy, hospitality and technology.

Produced by QSR in partnership with Intouch Insight, the annual report takes an in-depth look at the drive-thru experience through thousands of data points and mystery-shopper evaluations. This year's findings offer a particularly revealing look at artificial intelligence's growing role in restaurant operations, including some unexpected consequences for the guest experience.

Among the report's standout findings:

- Tim Hortons takes the speed crown. With an average total drive-thru time of 4 minutes and 20 seconds, Tim Hortons outpaced fast-food competitors.

- AI may be costing restaurants a personal touch. While artificial intelligence is becoming more capable of handling drive-thru orders, the study uncovered a potential hospitality gap. When AI handled the ordering interaction, employee behaviors such as saying "thank you" and demonstrating a pleasant demeanor declined significantly. The findings raise important questions about how restaurants can embrace automation without sacrificing the human connection.

- Starbucks leads in order accuracy. In a category where getting every item right is critical to customer satisfaction, Starbucks stood out for its order accuracy performance, demonstrating the importance of execution alongside speed and convenience.

- Personalization makes a measurable difference. Customer satisfaction climbed from 93.2% to 98.2% when guests experienced some form of personalization, such as being greeted by name, having their name written on their order bag or being recognized as a loyalty member.

- Faster isn't always better. The study found that customer perception of speed can matter more than the actual time spent in the drive-thru. Customers who felt their experience was quicker than expected reported satisfaction levels of 96.8%, compared with 82.3% among those who felt their visit was slower than expected.

"The drive-thru continues to be one of the most important customer touchpoints for quick-service restaurants, but the definition of a great experience is changing," said Danny Klein, VP Editorial for QSR, FSR, CStore Decisions, PMQ and Club + Resort. "This year's findings illustrate that technology alone isn't the answer. Restaurants have to find the right balance between operational efficiency, order accuracy, and the personal connections that keep customers coming back. The data offers plenty of surprises, but it also provides a valuable roadmap for where the industry is headed."

A Resource for Industry Insights and Expertise

From the expansion of AI-powered ordering to the continued importance of speed, accuracy, hospitality, and value, the findings offer actionable insights for restaurant operators, suppliers, technology providers, and others serving the foodservice industry.

In addition to the report, editors from QSR and its affiliated brands are available as expert sources for interviews and commentary on the latest restaurant industry trends, including drive-thru innovation, AI adoption, consumer behavior, operational efficiency, technology, and the evolving expectations of restaurant guests.

CAEVES Introduces Context LAKE™, Turning Enterprise Data into Trusted Context for Any AI Assistant via MCP
Image File
Original HTML

NEW YORK, Oct. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- CAEVES Technology, Inc. today announced that CAEVES Context LAKE™ will be generally available on October 20, 2026. Part of the CAEVES AI Data Platform, Context LAKE™ now extends the platform beyond Microsoft Azure to any public, private, or sovereign cloud, as well as on-premises datacenter environments.

Context LAKE™ connects to enterprise data where it already lives and turns the information within it into trusted, governed context for AI - making it accessible, searchable and AI-ready. Source data remains in place, with no migration required; existing security, governance and access controls remain enforced, and answers remain traceable to their source.

AI-ready data, without moving the data

Enterprise data is distributed across file shares, object storage, Microsoft SharePoint, and more. Bringing that data to AI can require copying or duplicating it into another platform, while direct retrieval from large repositories can require assistants to process more information than necessary. Both approaches can introduce challenges around data sovereignty, security, governance, performance, and infrastructure cost.

Context LAKE™ takes a unique approach. It runs as an intelligence layer inside the customer's own environment, indexes data in place, contextualizes and enriches the information within it, and enforces the permissions those files already carry. It then serves that trusted context through Model Context Protocol (MCP) to Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, custom agents and private AI - including in fully air-gapped environments. Customers keep full control over where data resides, which assistants can reach it and what those assistants are allowed to see.

"Enterprises should not have to choose between the AI they want to use and the place their data has to stay," said Jaap van Duijvenbode, Co-Founder and VP Product Strategy & Customer Experience at CAEVES. "Context LAKE™ extends any data source, on any cloud, to any AI assistant or agentic workflow. That matters most for sovereign cloud and AI use cases, where data cannot leave a defined boundary. Organizations shape their own data for AI readiness on their own terms, securely transforming enterprise data into accessible, searchable and AI-ready assets while reducing costs and extensive AI investments."

Key capabilities

Connect & discover data in place

Connect to enterprise data across file shares, object storage, SharePoint and OneDrive, wherever it resides, and discover what exists, where it lives, who owns it and how it is being used.

Index, contextualize & enrich

Turn enterprise data into searchable, AI-ready assets through indexing, contextualization and enrichment with metadata, entities and relationships.

Secure, classify & govern

Preserve and enforce existing permissions, classify sensitive information, apply redaction where required, and maintain an auditable record of AI access and retrieval.

Connect to any AI assistant

Serve trusted enterprise context to Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants and agents through MCP, with APIs and other interfaces supporting additional workflows.

Optimize AI economics

Provide AI the relevant information and sources instead of requiring it to process large volumes of raw content, reducing token consumption by up to 47x in testing.

"Context LAKE™ layers data discovery, indexing, contextualization and enrichment on top of the storage customers have already invested in, with redaction and classification applied before any assistant sees a result," said Kirk Ryan, Director of AI Innovation at CAEVES. "Instead of an assistant opening file after file and paying for every token it reads, it asks once and gets back the right passages with their sources. In our testing, that cut the AI tokens needed per answer by up to 47x, and associated AI token costs with it."

Part of the CAEVES AI Data Platform

Context LAKE™ extends the capabilities introduced in CAEVES Intelligent Deep Storage™ and CAEVES Copilot Connector™ with a focus on enterprise scale, speed and deployment beyond Microsoft Azure. Organizations can connect existing data in place with Context LAKE™ or modernize file data to Azure Blob Storage with Intelligent Deep Storage™, reducing storage costs by up to 70%, and extend it to any AI assistant from there.

Availability

CAEVES Context LAKE™ will be generally available on October 20, 2026 as an annual or multi-year software subscription license for any deployment: on-premises datacenters, private and sovereign clouds, and public clouds.

For Microsoft customers, Context LAKE™ will be available in the Microsoft Marketplace, supporting rapid deployment as a cloud-native application in the customer's own Azure subscription. Marketplace availability for additional cloud providers will follow soon after launch.

To see Context LAKE™ in action, register for the October 20 launch webinar at caeves.com/webinar. Organizations can request a 30-day trial at www.caeves.com.

Carriers Add Mobile Value for Policyholders with Personalized Savings Offers, Streamlined Coverage Tools and Enhanced Login Security

Progressive Ranks First Overall in Semi-Annual Mobile Insurance Scorecard

WILMINGTON, Del., Oct. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Keynova Group, the principal competitive intelligence source for digital financial services firms, today announced the results of the Q3 2026 edition of its semi-annual Mobile Insurance Scorecard. The competitive report benchmarks the mobile apps and mobile websites of the 12 largest U.S. auto and property insurance carriers, naming Progressive as the leader in overall mobile user experience as well as for the mobile web. Allstate leads with the top mobile app.

"The strongest mobile insurance experiences increasingly combine value, convenience and security," said Beth Robertson, managing director, Keynova Group. "Carriers that help policyholders find savings, easily expand or adjust coverage and services, and securely access their accounts on mobile devices can strengthen loyalty while creating new opportunities to grow existing relationships."

Key Findings:

Carriers Demonstrate Value to Policyholders with Personalized Savings Opportunities

As insurance costs continue to rise, some carriers are adding partnership value by presenting personalized discount or coverage opportunities to help existing policyholders save money. While carriers routinely present discounts to prospects during the new policy quoting process, one-third have now introduced enhanced information and tools designed to help current policyholders identify and apply for relevant new discounts, policy options, or changes in deductibles. Guided, customized savings assessments incorporate policyholders' current deductible levels, coverages, and discounts to provide targeted recommendations.

Simplified Cross Selling Processes Facilitate Expanded Coverage

To advance cross-selling initiatives and help policyholders obtain needed coverage, carriers can simplify quoting and enrollment by prominently positioning links to help users locate and seamlessly apply for coverage updates, additional policies, or value-added services such as telematics and accident detection. While most carriers enable policy updates through mobile channels, three-quarters of carriers support mobile quotes for proposed or hypothetical policy updates. Progressive is among the 40% of carriers that offer policyholders access to saved policy change quotes directly from the authenticated mobile web landing screen. Firms can also make new policy quoting readily accessible to existing policyholders who may want to consider additional options such as umbrella or valuable personal property coverage. Telematics solutions should also be highlighted via mobile channels: while 42% of carriers' primary servicing apps currently incorporate telematics with accident detection capabilities, just one-quarter of these firms offer full telematics enrollment from within their apps.

Adding Account Access Security Options to Protect Policyholders

As the surge of identity theft and fraud continues, carriers are expanding digital security with authentication alternatives that help protect sensitive policyholder data. All Scorecard firms employ biometric login on their apps and utilize multi-factor authentication (MFA) across their mobile channels to provide verification beyond traditional user IDs and passwords. Erie uniquely offers use of an external authenticator app, rather than a texted or emailed code, in this process. Passkeys are also emerging as a more secure alternative to traditional credentials, with close to 20% of carriers now supporting device-specific passkey login. Firms can also protect policyholder data by prominently displaying and confirming completed logout to prevent unauthorized access and protect personal data. Two-thirds of carriers confirm mobile web logout, while fewer than 20% acknowledge completed logout from their apps.

DoiT Partners with OpenAI to Help Enterprises Run OpenAI Models on AWS and Attribute Every Dollar

Partnership brings DoiT's cost attribution product Attribute™, Forward Deployed Engineers and

an FTR-approved migration path onto Amazon Bedrock to teams building on OpenAI

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Oct. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- DoiT, which attributes AI and cloud costs to the customers, features and teams that drive them, today announced a partnership with OpenAI.

Through the partnership, DoiT will work with OpenAI to help enterprises take OpenAI workloads from pilot to production, run them on AWS, and trace every dollar back to the customer, feature or agent that caused it.

Across DoiT's more than 4,000 customers, monthly AI spend has grown roughly 100-fold in two years, expanding faster than the ability to measure what they return. As spend moves out of innovation budgets and into the infrastructure behind live products, finance and engineering leaders are asked to determine which models, features and customers drive it, and whether each one pays off. Few can answer today with the precision they apply to the rest of the cloud.

Many enterprises have had to run their infrastructure on AWS while consuming OpenAI models through other providers, but that is changing quickly. OpenAI's frontier models, including GPT-6 Astra, are now generally available on Amazon Bedrock at the same per-token price as OpenAI's own API, and usage counts toward existing AWS commitments. Teams can keep the models, prompts and evaluations they already have and move the spend onto a single AWS bill, against the commitment and inside the security controls they already manage.

DoiT's OpenAI-to-AWS GenAI Migration Accelerator, approved through the AWS Foundational Technical Review and available on AWS Marketplace, enables customers to make that transition with confidence. It maps each workload against Bedrock's feature and region coverage, runs the two side by side, and moves them over in stages that can be reversed at any point. DoiT is an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner and holds both the AWS Generative AI and Agentic AI Competencies.

Once the workloads run, DoiT enables the granular attribution required for strategic investment analysis. Its Attribute™ product brings OpenAI spend into the same data model used for cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and Kubernetes, enabling teams to measure and evaluate AI cost alongside other foundational systems. Attribute traces every token, inference and training run to the team, product and customer behind it, in real time, with no tags, SDKs or code changes.

With Attribute, finance sees what each dollar of OpenAI spend produced. Engineering sees it before the invoice arrives.

DoiT's Forward Deployed Engineers, included with an Attribute subscription, work directly with customer teams on architecture, model selection and attribution design as OpenAI workloads move from pilot to production. DoiT is already working with OpenAI on customer engagements and is expanding OpenAI certification across its engineering organization.

"AI earns its budget the same way every other investment does. It shows what it returns. Most teams cannot yet do that for their OpenAI spend, and many pay for it outside the cloud commitments they already carry," said Vadim Solovey, CEO of DoiT. "Nobody should have to choose between the models they want and the cloud they have committed to. Our partnership with OpenAI, together with our long history on AWS, lets us solve both for every team building on OpenAI,"

Organizations building on OpenAI can learn more about DoiT's OpenAI practice, including the migration accelerator, the Forward Deployed Engineering model and Attribute, at doit.com/openai

About DoiT

DoiT provides enterprise-grade FinOps and CloudOps solutions that help ensure every dollar of cloud spend is intentionally driving the business forward. Its flagship platform, DoiT Cloud Intelligence, unifies cost, architecture, security and business signals so customers can see how their cloud spend is moving and understand why. Attribute extends that same intelligence to AI workloads, tracing token, model and GPU cost back to the customers, features and agents driving it, without tags or code changes. DXC Advances Intelligent Insurance Through Platform Innovation, Workflow Modernization and London Market Investment

- DXC expands Assure Platform with new capabilities designed to accelerate insurance modernization and innovation

- AI-enabled Smart Apps are delivering measurable results across critical insurance workflows, with Assure Platform adoption now exceeding 275 customers

- DXC strengthens its London Market capabilities to support improved connectivity, visibility, and operational control across critical workflows

LONDON, Oct. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC), a leading enterprise technology and innovation partner, today announced a series of investments and capabilities designed to help insurers modernize critical operations, improve productivity, and adopt AI without disrupting the systems their businesses depend on.

Unveiled at the DXC Connect Insurance Executive Forum in London, the announcements build on DXC's Protect, Extend, Transform strategy and Smart AI approach, helping insurers modernize critical operations and apply AI with the governance, human oversight and accountability essential to insurance. Together, they provide (re)insurers and brokers with a secure foundation for innovation, spanning workflow modernization, platform innovation, London Market investment, and continued enhancement of critical insurance systems.

"Insurers are under pressure to modernize faster, unlock new opportunities with AI, and respond to changing market demands without disrupting the systems that run their businesses," said Ray August, President, Insurance Software and Business Process Services, DXC Technology. "By combining deep insurance expertise, secure platform services, connected workflows, and Smart AI, DXC is helping customers modernize on their terms, extend the value of existing investments, and create a stronger foundation for future growth."

A Stronger Foundation for Modernization and Innovation

DXC continues to expand the capabilities of its Assure Platform, providing insurers with a secure, governed foundation for modernization and innovation. Built to support DXC's Assure Architecture strategy, Assure Platform brings together platform services, insurance services, integrations, and Smart AI, helping insurers improve resilience and strengthen operational control.

The platform also enables insurers to accelerate access to new capabilities, including Assure Configuration Manager, a new capability that helps configure, assemble, and deploy Assure Architecture components more efficiently. Using low-code, configuration-driven deployment, DXC can reduce the complexity and effort required to introduce new capabilities, helping customers respond more quickly to changing business requirements. As a result, insurers can gain faster access to connected services, automation, and AI innovation aligned with their business priorities and operational requirements.

Improving Insurance Workflows Through AI-Enabled Innovation

Modernizing mission-critical operations across the insurance industry requires better access to information, greater visibility across processes, and the ability to make faster and more consistent decisions across the entire insurance lifecycle, from customer engagement and policy servicing to underwriting, claims, and operations.

DXC is expanding these capabilities through Assure Smart Apps, helping insurers automate work and improve how information and decisions move across the business. Designed to work alongside existing systems, Smart Apps allow insurers to begin with a specific business priority, demonstrate measurable value, and extend capabilities over time across underwriting, claims, broking, distribution, and operations.

Since first introducing Smart Apps one year ago, DXC has added 18 Smart App customers supporting more than 450 insurers and expanded Assure Platform adoption to more than 275 customers. At scale, these capabilities have already enabled 750,000+ automated transactions, 70+ agents deployed, and more than two million pages digitally extracted. Assure Smart Apps are further being deployed in DXC's Life & Wealth BPS operations, which support 11 million policies and process more than $11 billion in payments annually across 300,000 claims a year.

These capabilities are delivered within a secure, governed framework built on connected data, operational controls, and insurance-specific expertise, helping insurers innovate with confidence while maintaining the resilience and accountability required for mission-critical operations.

Supporting Critical Workflow Modernization Across the London Market

DXC provides technology supporting critical London Market services while also working directly with brokers and insurers through its broader insurance software and services business. DXC has set out its intent to combine capabilities from Assure Platform with specialist capabilities developed through the London Market Core Platform (LMCP), strengthening scale, security, and operational capabilities. This includes supporting the modernization of critical workflows to improve how work and information move across the market, enabling better connectivity, greater visibility, stronger operational control, and improved access to information while protecting the continuity and reliability the market depends on.

DXC is applying Assure Architecture and Workflow Assistant to support the modernization of selected London Market workflows, improving how work is routed, tracked and managed across the market, while maintaining the resilience, continuity and operational certainty on which market participants depend.
