Nextworld Launches nextField, nextVendor, and nextLand to Close the Gap Between the Oilfield and the Back Office

Three solutions built with upstream and midstream operators capture field tickets, track supplier insurance, and automate lease management, without replacing the ERP they already run.

DENVER, Oct. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Nextworld has launched three products specifically designed for upstream and midstream oil, gas, and energy companies: nextField for field ticket capture, nextVendor for supplier onboarding and compliance, and nextLand for automated lease management. Built with customers in the industry, these products take the work that lives in spreadsheets, inboxes, and paper and puts it into the systems operators already run, including ERPs like SAP S/4HANA, JD Edwards, IFS, Quorum, and Enertia.

Oil and gas operators have spent decades on ERPs that handle accounting well but cannot bridge what happens in the field. A field ticket gets photographed on a pickup's dashboard and re-keyed by hand weeks later. A supplier's insurance certificate gets checked at onboarding and never again. A well goes shut in, and one or more clocks in the lease start without anyone noticing.

Nextworld calls this hidden layer of workarounds Shadow ERPâ¢. It is where cost overruns, uninsured exposure, and missed lease deadlines start.

"Operators don't need to replace their current system with simply a newer, more expensive version of what they already have," said Konrad Rogers, President and COO of Nextworld. "They need a solution that closes the gaps in their existing system. A field ticket, an expired insurance certificate, a shut-in deadline: each one is a small process that costs real money when it slips. We built these with our customers who run those very processes every day, so they work the way the field works."

nextField: field tickets, coded and checked. Field tickets arrive as paper photos, emailed PDFs, portal exports, and dictated notes. nextField reads each one in any format, matches it to the correct well and AFE, proposes a cost code based on how similar tickets were coded, and checks the rate against the supplier's price book or MSA. Tickets go through human review wherever the operator needs it and post to the ERP with the original image attached. Finance sees AFE spend as tickets post instead of at period end.

nextVendor: supplier compliance that doesn't stop at onboarding. When a supplier's insurance lapses while their crew is on site, the risk lands on the operator. nextVendor reads certificates of insurance, safety certifications, and training records as they arrive, scores each supplier against the operator's coverage rules, and emails suppliers at 90 days, 30 days, and expiration. Non-compliant suppliers route to a person for review, and the flag clears once a corrected document passes.

nextLand: lease obligations caught before they cost money or acreage. Oil and gas leases carry obligations that can cost an operator money or acreage if they're missed, including shut-in royalties, minimum royalties, continuous operations, and cessation of production. A land administrator uploads a lease, and an AI agent extracts the terms and clauses that carry a financial or legal impact. Once reviewed, provisions tied to the lease's own dates, like a minimum royalty or an extension option, go on the calendar the day the lease goes active. Others start when a well's status changes, and a single shut-in can start more than one clock. Each obligation tracks its own status, the land team is notified as deadlines approach, and a dashboard, map, and calendar show every lease, well, and deadline in one place. Amendments keep a running history, so every obligation calculates against the terms in effect at the time. It works alongside the land systems operators already run.

All three run on the Nextworld platform, which combines applications, automations, integrations, and AI agents in one place. Each solution is assembled from visible building blocks and configured to the operator's own rules, rather than shipped as a black box. Every AI agent has audibility, showing each step in the process and the records it touched. Agents never hold more permissions than the person they act on behalf of. A person can review flagged items before anything posts.

Because the solutions share one platform, data captured once reaches every system in the process flow. Operators can start with a single workflow and add more on their own timeline, with no rip-and-replace.

"Most of the expensive problems in upstream don't show up as an exception in the ERP," Rogers added. "They show up as a spreadsheet someone forgot to check or a field ticket that never makes it back to the office. We designed nextField, nextVendor, and nextLand so the check happens automatically, a person stays in control of every decision, and the ERP stays the system of record."

nextField, nextVendor, and nextLand are available now.

Sycurio Introduces Payment Analytics to Pinpoint Conversion Gaps and Payment Failures

New Sycurio.Analytics on-demand suite gives enterprises actionable insights into payment journeys, provider performance and transaction trends

BOSTON and GUILDFORD, United Kingdom, Oct. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Sycurio, a global leader of secure, seamless payment solutions, today introduced Sycurio.Analytics a market-leading, on-demand analytics suite that gives enterprises using Sycurio.Digital actionable payments insights. Centralized dashboards track payment volumes, conversion rates and payment service provider (PSP) performance, helping businesses identify where customers abandon transactions and where technical issues disrupt payments.

"Payment security and seamless customer experiences are essential, but enterprises also need to understand what's happening throughout the payment journey and where revenue opportunities may be lost," said Denise Parker, CEO of Sycurio. "Our new analytics suite gives businesses the visibility to identify friction, improve conversion and make more informed decisions about their payment operations, so they can improve the customer experience and maximize revenue."

Turning Payment Intelligence into Revenue Opportunities

Sycurio's new analytics suite gives enterprises deeper visibility into payment activity to identify opportunities to increase successful transactions and improve operational efficiency.

Key capabilities include:

- Payment conversion intelligence: Monitor payment usage and conversion rates, including detailed visibility into the digital payment journeyâfrom payment link creation and delivery through customer engagement, form completion, submission and final payment outcome. Identify precisely where customers abandon transactions and where improvements can increase conversions.

- Transaction failure analysis: Distinguish technical issues, such as PSP API timeouts, from card declines and insufficient funds, enabling businesses to address preventable payment failures and reduce potential revenue loss.

- PSP performance optimization: Compare authorization rates, transaction performance and processing times across payment service providers. These insights help enterprises evaluate provider effectiveness, optimize payment strategies and support more informed contract negotiations.

- Trend analysis and reporting: Easily compare payment performance across different time periods to identify emerging trends, measure improvements and make more informed business decisions.

Empowering Partners with Portfolio-Wide Visibility

The analytics suite also introduces enhanced reporting capabilities for Sycurio's partner ecosystem, providing consolidated dashboards that simplify management across multiple resellers and customers.

Partners can monitor payment volumes and product adoption across their portfolios, identify top-performing resellers and customers as well as uncover opportunities to strengthen engagement and drive growth. Centralized reporting reduces the complexity of managing multiple accounts while providing a clearer picture of overall business performance.

"These capabilities extend the value of our secure payment platform beyond individual transactions," added Parker. "Whether an enterprise is looking to improve conversion rates or a partner wants greater visibility across its customer base, we're delivering the intelligence to make better decisions and drive stronger business outcomes."

The new analytics suite builds on Sycurio's commitment to helping organizations deliver secure, frictionless payment experiences while providing greater control, visibility and value across the payment lifecycle.

About Sycurio

Sycurio is a leading provider of secure, omnichannel payment solutions that help enterprises reduce payment costs and compliance risks and provide consumers a modern and seamless payment experience across all channels: voice, digital, self-service and AI. Enterprise SaaS and AI product leader to drive PairSoft's product vision and customer-first innovation

PLAINFIELD, Ind., Oct. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- PairSoft, a leading provider of accounts payable and procurement automation, announces the appointment of Vijay Vidiyala as Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO). Vidiyala brings more than 20 years of enterprise software experience, including senior product and engineering roles at Model N and SAP. In this role, he will oversee PairSoft's product and engineering teams as they build the next generation of AI-driven solutions for the office of the CFO.

Vidiyala most recently led product, engineering, and operations teams across the U.S., Europe, and India at Model N, where he helped deliver industry-leading solutions and shape its SaaS transition strategy. Before that, he spent a decade at SAP, leading product development and go-to-market activities for cloud solutions.

"Vijay is exactly the product and technology leader we need at this point in time," said Brian Rigney, Chief Executive Officer of PairSoft. "He has spent his career turning deep customer insight into products that win, and he has done it through major shifts like the move to SaaS and the rise of AI. As we continue building AI solutions that streamline finance teams' work so they can focus on building a stronger business, Vijay's experience and customer focus will be invaluable."

Vidiyala is passionate about building high-performing product and technology teams that put the customer at the center and keep innovation at the heart of everything they build. At PairSoft, he will bring that approach to a product and engineering department focused on one goal: making AI genuinely useful in the daily work of finance teams.

Built for depth in the ERPs that run finance â including Oracle, the Microsoft Dynamics suite, Sage Intacct, Blackbaud, NetSuite, Plex, and Infor SyteLine â PairSoft's product suite (which includes APRO, Nimbello, PaperSave and WorkPlace) frees finance teams from the endless workarounds typically required by non-native tools.

"PairSoft has built something rare: an in-depth understanding of how finance teams actually work, paired with a product that lives inside their ERP rather than alongside it," said Vidiyala. "AI is transforming what's possible for the office of the CFO, and I'm excited to turn that potential into solutions that give our customers greater accuracy, connection, and visibility that they can rely on every day."

About PairSoft

PairSoft helps enterprise and midmarket finance teams get more from the ERP they already run. Its AP and procurement automation lives inside the ERP rather than alongside it, bringing invoice automation, AI agents, procurement, and payments into a single, native workflow. With integrations across Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage Intacct, Blackbaud, NetSuite, Plex and Infor SyteLine, PairSoft makes the finance stack you have worth more. https://www.pairsoft.com/

Postpartum Support International's Legal Justice Program Announces Initiatives to Address Perinatal Mental Health Disorders in Legal System
Image File
Original HTML

Efforts made possible by $120,000 in new funding, including a $100,000 grant from the Sozosei Foundation

PORTLAND, Ore., Oct. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Postpartum Support International (PSI) today announced several new legal justice initiatives, developed to expand understanding of perinatal mental health disorders within the legal system. The programs, including two trainings scheduled for November, will educate attorneys and other legal professionals; train perinatal mental health specialists to evaluate cases and serve as expert witnesses; and support women and their families who become involved in the legal system because of perinatal mental illness.

The program is funded by a $100,000 "Decriminalizing Mental Illness" grant from the Sozosei Foundation, the philanthropic arm of global healthcare company Otsuka, along with two $10,000 gifts from private donors. Perinatal mental health disorders, including postpartum depression and anxiety, are among the most common complications of pregnancy and childbirth. In some cases, more serious conditions, such as postpartum psychosis, may also occur. When these conditions go unrecognized or are misunderstood in criminal, family, or employment proceedings, the consequences for mothers, children, and families can be severe and long lasting.

"Perinatal mental illness is common, treatable, and still too often misunderstood, and nowhere are the consequences of that misunderstanding greater than in a courtroom," said Wendy Davis, President and CEO of Postpartum Support International. "When a mother's illness goes unrecognized or the impact of these conditions aren't fully addressed in legal proceedings, families can be separated, careers can be lost, and women can be incarcerated when what they needed was treatment. We are deeply grateful to the Sozosei Foundation and our private donors for making this work possible."

PSI's legal justice program gives attorneys and expert witnesses the knowledge to see the full picture, and it gives families support when they need it most. The program was developed with a grant from the Yates Children Memorial Fund (YCMF), which was co-founded by George and Mary Parnham after defending Andrea Yates in Houston, Texas, in 2001. They partnered with Mental Health America (MHA) to provide maternal mental health education to the public to prevent these tragedies from happening in the future. Andrea was not the first nor last mother suffering from postpartum psychosis to be unjustly convicted of murder. Although there is much more to be done on this front in the U.S. justice system, which falls far behind other developed nations in terms of its legal handling of maternal mental illness, the Parnhams' work with MHA did have an impact, as Andrea's retrial yielded a not guilty by reason of insanity verdict.

Training perinatal mental health professionals

PSI will prepare perinatal mental health specialists to evaluate cases and provide expert testimony. The following events and initiatives are planned:

- A one-day advanced training for expert witnesses, presented live online on November 19, 2026, with a second session in the first quarter of 2027.

- A new advanced training on parental capacity, now in development, with a live presentation planned for the second quarter of 2027.

- A series of webinars tailored to different areas of legal practice:

- Criminal attorneys: a webinar available now on demand, with a live presentation scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.

- Family law attorneys: a live webinar on November 18, 2026.

- Employment attorneys: a webinar now in development, with a live presentation planned for the second quarter of 2027.

- PSI will exhibit at conferences hosted by the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, NACDL, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC), and the American Bar Association (ABA).

- The organization will also launch a directory of attorneys who have completed PSI's training, modeled on its existing provider directory, so that families can more easily find informed legal representation.

For more information about the Legal Justice Program and upcoming trainings, visit Postpartum.net/about-psi/legal-justice.

Healthgrades Names Mount Sinai Medical Center One of America's 100 Best Hospitals for Cardiac, Stroke, and Pulmonary Care and Gastrointestinal Surgery

Ranked #1 in Florida for Gastrointestinal Surgery

MIAMI BEACH, Fla., Oct. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Recognized among America's 100 Best Hospitals (Top 2% nationally) for three consecutive years, Mount Sinai Medical Center announced today that it has achieved numerous national accolades for clinical excellence from Healthgrades, the #1 site Americans use when searching for a doctor or hospital.

Mount Sinai earned four America's 100 Best Hospitals specialty distinctionsâCardiac Care⢠(2027), Pulmonary Care⢠(2026â2027), Stroke Care⢠(2024â2027), and Gastrointestinal Surgery⢠(2024â2027)âand ranked among the top 5 in Florida for:

- Gastrointestinal Surgery (#1)

- Cranial Neurosurgery (#3)

- Cardiac Care (#5)

- Cardiology Services (#5)

- Neurosciences (#5)

- Stroke Care (#5)

Among Mount Sinai's new recognitions are nine Specialty Excellence Awards spanning cardiac, neurosciences, pulmonary, gastrointestinal and critical care. The medical center ranks among the top 5% nationwide for cardiology services, neurosciences, cranial neurosurgery, treatment of stroke, overall pulmonary services and gastrointestinal surgery. Mount Sinai also achieved 15 Five-Star Ratings across high-impact procedures and conditions.

Several ratings reflect more than a decade of consistent performance. Mount Sinai has been a five-star recipient for treatment of gastrointestinal bleed for 11 consecutive years, and for stroke and sepsis for 10.

"Being ranked first in Florida for gastrointestinal surgery, and recognized nationally across cardiac, pulmonary and stroke care, tells our community that the outcomes here stand with the best in the nation," said Gino R. Santorio, President and CEO of Mount Sinai Medical Center. "These results belong to our physicians, nurses and care teams, who deliver them one patient at a time, year after year."

Mount Sinai's achievements are based solely on what matters most: patient outcomes. Unlike rankings based on surveys or reputation, Healthgrades evaluates hospital performance strictly on objective clinical outcomes, risk-adjusted mortality and complication rates, across more than 30 common conditions and procedures at approximately 4,500 hospitals nationwide.

The impact of choosing a high-performing hospital is significant. Healthgrades' 2027 analysis revealed that if all hospitals performed at the level of five-star rated facilities during the 2023â2025 study period, 227,229 lives could have been saved and 158,138 complications could have been avoided.*

"Finding a hospital that excels in a given procedure or treatment can transform a patient's health trajectory," said Alana Biggers, MD, MPH, medical advisor at Healthgrades. "We're proud to recognize Mount Sinai Medical Center for its top-tier performance in cardiac, pulmonary, stroke and gastrointestinal surgery, and commend its team for delivering exceptional patient outcomes when it matters most."

Patients and community members can visit Healthgrades' Specialty Excellence Patient Advocate Center to learn more about how Healthgrades identifies the top-performing hospitals for specialty care.

*Statistical averages based on Healthgrades' analysis of MedPAR data for years 2023 through 2025 and represent three-year estimates for Medicare patients only.

Villa Vie Residences Suspends Operations in Cambodia as It Pursues Restructuring and Recapitalization

Company says extraordinary fuel costs have made its current operating model extremely challenging

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Oct. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Villa Vie Residences today announced that it has suspended operations in Cambodia as the company works to address extraordinary increases in fuel costs and evaluate restructuring and recapitalization alternatives.

Fuel costs have risen sharply in the regions where the company has been operating. On an equivalent per-cabin basis, monthly fuel expense that historically averaged approximately $1,800 has recently reached an estimated $6,000 to $8,000 in parts of Asia. The company cannot simply pass increases of that scale on to residents, and the resulting shortfall has placed its current operating model under unsustainable financial pressure.

The company is working with residents to coordinate disembarkation and identify temporary living arrangements. Villa Vie Residences recognizes that this is a difficult and disruptive period for residents, crew members, and employees, and is working to support those affected as plans develop.

"Since the conflict began in late February, we have taken significant steps to reduce fuel consumption, including slowing the itinerary and spending more time in port. Those measures have not been enough to offset the extraordinary increase in fuel costs, and we have been unable to continue carrying the resulting operating losses. Passing the full increase on to residents is not a realistic solution. Our focus now is on supporting residents, crew, and employees while we work toward restructuring and recapitalization over the next 60 days. That work is ongoing, and no outcome is assured."

Villa Vie Residences continues to evaluate potential paths forward, but no financing or transaction has been finalized.

The company will provide further updates as material developments occur.
