Alteogen Enters Option and License Agreement with Novartis for Development and Commercialization of Hybrozyme™-Enabled Subcutaneous Products

- Novartis obtains rights to develop and commercialize subcutaneous formulations for multiple products utilizing ALT-B4

- Alteogen's fourth licensing agreement signed this year further accelerating the expansion of the Hybrozyme™ platform

DAEJEON, South Korea, Sept. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Alteogen Inc. (KOSDAQ: 196170), a leading biopharmaceutical company specializing in platform technologies, announced today that it has entered into an option and license agreement with Novartis for the development and commercialization of subcutaneous (SC) products utilizing ALT-B4 powered by Alteogen's Hybrozyme™ technology.

Under the terms of the agreement, Novartis will have multiple options to obtain exclusive rights to develop and commercialize subcutaneous formulations for multiple Novartis products using Alteogen's ALT-B4 (berahyaluronidase alfa).

ALT-B4 (berahyaluronidase alfa) is a proprietary recombinant human hyaluronidase developed using Alteogen's Hybrozyme™ platform technology. ALT-B4 enables the conversion of biologics typically administered via intravenous (IV) infusion into more convenient and rapid subcutaneous (SC) formulations. By temporarily depolymerizing hyaluronan in the extracellular matrix, ALT-B4 facilitates the rapid and efficient dispersion and absorption of co-administered therapeutics. The agreement demonstrates Novartis' commitment to innovating new options for patients and enhancing the treatment experience.

If all options are exercised and all milestones are achieved, Alteogen would be eligible to receive up to US$3,223 million, including option exercise fees, development and commercial milestone payments, as well as royalties on net sales of products commercialized under the agreement.

"Novartis is a world-leading pharmaceutical company at the forefront of the global healthcare industry and has evaluated the application of ALT-B4 across multiple modalities for subcutaneous formulation development. This agreement demonstrates the technological strength and commercial value of Alteogen's Hybrozyme™ platform," said Tae-Yon Chun, Ph.D., CEO of Alteogen.

Raziel Therapeutics and Fosun Pharma Announce Positive Phase 3 Results for RZL-012 in Submental Fat Reduction, Clearing the Path to a China NDA Filing

Pivotal 480-patient trial met all primary and secondary efficacy and safety endpoints after a single treatment cycle, with the primary responder rate showing a 30-percentage-point advantage over placebo; NDA submission to China's regulator planned by year-end 2026, with Fosun preparing a follow-on trial in body contouring

HOD HASHARON, Israel and SHANGHAI, Sept. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Raziel Therapeutics ("Raziel"), a pharmaceutical company developing next-generation prescription products for the aesthetics market, today announced positive results from its Phase 3 registration trial in China evaluating RZL-012 for the reduction of submental fat ("SMF," commonly known as a "double chin") – the first of many planned aesthetic indications for the compound. The trial is being conducted in partnership with Fosun Pharma, through its affiliate JuveStar.

The trial evaluated the safety and efficacy of RZL-012 after a single treatment cycle in 480 patients (360 active, 120 placebo) and met every primary and secondary endpoint, delivering positive topline results and a decisive statistical margin over placebo. Based on these results, Raziel and Fosun plan to submit a New Drug Application (NDA) for RZL-012 in China by the end of 2026.

Efficacy was assessed 84 days after a single treatment cycle. Looking beyond submental fat, Fosun is preparing a new trial evaluating RZL-012 in body contouring – a signal of confidence in the compound's potential across the broader focal fat reduction market, a category that is large, underpenetrated, and highly complementary to the surge in systemic weight-loss therapies.

"We are thrilled with the success of RZL-012 in this Phase 3 trial in China. This data demonstrates the superiority of RZL-012 in the focal fat reduction market. We believe RZL-012 will become the gold standard treatment for fat reduction across aesthetic indications,"

said Alon Bloomenfeld, Founder and CEO of Raziel Therapeutics.

At Fosun, our values are rooted in care for life, innovation, excellence, and sustained partnership. Raziel shares those values, and these results reinforce our confidence in RZL-012's potential to address a significant unmet need in medical aesthetics,"

said Phillip Cui, Co-CEO of Fosun Health Capital.

About RZL-012

RZL-012 is an injectable lipolytic drug in development for the reduction of unwanted submental fat and fat in other body areas in adults. Administered subcutaneously by trained physicians in just one to two injection sessions, RZL-012 destroys targeted fat cells; once destroyed, those cells can no longer store or accumulate fat, resulting in fat volume reduction and improved appearance of the treated area.

Chicago and Atlanta joining by the end of the year

SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Peerspace, the leading marketplace for hourly venue rentals for events, productions, and meetings, today announces the launch of All Inclusive Venues, a new booking category that lets guests reserve the space, food, and drinks together in a single reservation. Peerspace, which recently crossed $800M in total booking value since its founding in 2014, is expanding the category across its marketplace.

This new category is currently live in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and London, with Chicago and Atlanta joining by the end of the year. Looking ahead, Peerspace plans to bring All Inclusive Venues to additional markets, starting with Washington D.C., Miami, Toronto, Dallas, San Diego, and Seattle, followed by Austin, Denver, and Houston. Peerspace expects to add over one thousand All Inclusive Venues to its marketplace in the coming months.

All Inclusive Venues are designed to remove the back-and-forth that typically comes with booking a full-service space. Guests see one all-in price upfront without needing to submit a 'contact us' form or wait for a call back. A few standout Peerspace All Inclusive Venues include:

- Wandering Barman (Brooklyn, NY)

- Telephone (Brooklyn, NY)

- The Academy SF (San Francisco, CA)

- Rick & Roxy's (San Francisco, CA)

"We wanted to take the guesswork out of party planning. No more juggling five vendors and not knowing what the night will ultimately cost," says Rony Chammas, Founder and Chief Growth Officer, Peerspace. "All Inclusive Venues allow guests to lock in their venue, food, drinks, and staff all in a single booking with clear upfront pricing."

For hosts, All Inclusive Venues creates a new source of customer awareness and demand without any ongoing fees. Hosts can list their business on Peerspace for free, opening up their venues to clientele beyond traditional events, including corporate meetings and productions, while gaining access to Peerspace's advanced tooling, including custom proposals, calendar sync, and a performance metrics dashboard.

New All Inclusive Venue hosts point to Peerspace's impact on their business:

"Peerspace has been a great partner to help market our venue to new customers. We opened last year and started receiving private event and production inquiries within the first few weeks." — Bryan S., Quick Eternity, New York, NY

"Peerspace is by far the best third-party platform we've partnered with when it comes to generating leads. It's helped us significantly increase bookings for our upstairs private room."

— Shannon H., Country Club, Chicago, IL

"Peerspace has been a great platform to work with, helping us connect with new clients and introduce our venue to a wider audience. The platform is easy to use, and their team has always been responsive whenever we've had questions or needed support."

— Dave C., Skylark & Soundtrack, San Francisco, CA

All Inclusive Venues also debuted this year as one of two new categories in Peerspace's fourth annual Open Door Awards, which recognize over 800 exceptional spaces across 23 cities in the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and France. CREDIT ONE BANK ANNOUNCES "CREDIT TIP OFF TOUR" HOSTED BY "CREDIT PROFESSOR" SHAQUILLE O'NEAL TO BRING FREE CREDIT EDUCATION & DJ SETS TO COLLEGES

Free Real Credit Chats moderated by Brianna "Chickenfry" LaPaglia, Sports Creator Jenna Bandy, and James Dumoulin of "The School of Hard Knocks" kick off this month, with each event capped by a live DJ Diesel set.

LAS VEGAS, Sept. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Credit One Bank announced its Credit Tip Off Tour today, a free college campus initiative hosted by "Credit Professor" Shaquille O'Neal. The college tour is bringing Real Credit Chats and live DJ Diesel sets to students this fall. Rooted in the brand's four Credit Wrecker tips, the tour educates students on how to build healthy credit habits — and the common credit missteps to avoid — while inviting students to learn from Shaquille's firsthand experiences and advice.

Kicking off on September 14 at Southern Methodist University (SMU)'s Moody Coliseum, the Credit One Bank Credit Tip Off Tour travels to Georgia State University (GSU)'s Student Center East State Ballroom, Fred's Bar in Baton Rouge, and Florida Atlantic University (FAU)'s Carole & Barry Kaye Auditorium. Sports creator and host Jenna Bandy will moderate the Real Credit Chat at SMU, The School of Hard Knocks' James Dumoulin will moderate GSU and Fred's Bar in Baton Rouge, and Brianna "Chickenfry" LaPaglia rounds out the tour by moderating the final stop at FAU.

"Credit education isn't often taught in school, so we built this tour with Shaquille O'Neal to help close that gap and empower young people to make informed credit decisions," said Michael Coleman, Chief Marketing Officer at Credit One Bank. "As the brand that believes in forward momentum, we're meeting students where they are to kick-start their credit education in a memorable, engaging way and help set them up for a successful financial future."

Many students are managing credit for the first time or using a parent's card with little independent knowledge of how credit works. Small mistakes now, like missing a monthly payment or maxing out a credit card, could follow them for years. The Credit One Bank Credit Tip Off Tour addresses these common credit mistakes and how to avoid them with their iconic Credit Wreckers, a cast of relatable characters who bring common credit missteps to life in a fun and memorable way. Characters like Miss Payment, Max Out, Cancelina and One Track Jack each represent a different credit behavior to avoid. They help break down topics like on-time payments, credit utilization, credit history and credit mix without making credit education feel intimidating.

Each free event will feature a Real Credit Chat with O'Neal and Credit One Bank CMO Michael Coleman, backed by interactive games and activities with prizes designed to keep college students on their feet. After setting the stage with fun credit edutainment, Shaq caps the night by stepping behind the decks as DJ Diesel for a live set to drop the bass and turn the room into a party.

O'Neal is known by many titles — NBA legend, entrepreneur, philanthropist, analyst and DJ — and his commitment to education runs just as deep. He also knows firsthand that building strong credit is a learning process. After making his own credit mistakes early on, O'Neal learned over time what it takes to build and maintain healthy credit. Now, as a Credit One Bank brand ambassador, he's bringing those lessons directly to students — making his personal experience and passion for education a natural foundation for the Credit Tip Off Tour.

"I'm always learning, I never stop," said Shaquille O'Neal. "I learned credit the hard way. Nobody broke it down for me back then. Now I've got kids in college, kids right out of it, and I want them starting smarter than I did. That's what the Credit One Bank Credit Tip Off Tour is about. And yeah, we're still going to have fun."

Jenna Bandy will moderate at SMU, Dumoulin will moderate GSU and Fred's Bar, and Brianna "Chickenfry" LaPaglia will moderate the final stop at FAU. Each moderator brings a unique perspective on what it means to start from scratch and build toward something bigger. Bandy, a sports host and content creator, has built her platform by bringing fans closer to the world of sports through engaging interviews, commentary and social content. Dumoulin, co-founder of The School of Hard Knocks, has built a following of tens of millions through conversations with successful entrepreneurs about the lessons that shaped their journeys. LaPaglia began building her own media career while in college, ultimately leaving school to pursue it full-time and growing her platform across podcasts and other ventures.

While many students may already have access to credit, Credit One Bank believes that credit access goes hand-in-hand with credit education. The Credit One Bank Credit Tip Off tour is designed to empower students to learn and ask about credit, use credit responsibly, build strong financial foundations, and be better prepared for what's ahead.

The Credit One Bank Credit Tip Off Tour is produced by Medium Rare, the team behind some of the biggest culture driven live events in sports and entertainment, including Shaq's Fun House, Travis Kelce's Kelce Jam and Dave Portnoy's One Bite Pizza Fest. Bringing that same larger-than-life approach to college campuses making credit education feel engaging, unexpected and genuinely fun for students.

The Credit One Bank Credit Tip Off Tour will visit:

- Southern Methodist University (SMU), Moody Coliseum – September 14, 2026

- Georgia State University (GSU), Student Center East State Ballroom – October 23, 2026

- Fred's Bar in Baton Rouge – November 6, 2026

- Florida Atlantic University (FAU), Carole & Barry Kaye Auditorium – November 9, 2026

Each stop is free and open to 500 enrolled students. Students can register for tickets at creditonetipofftour.com. Eyesafe Introduces HT Privacy and Universal at IFA 2026
Image File

New high-transmission privacy with patented technology delivers about 12% higher transmission than standard privacy film; new on-demand platform cuts a single Eyesafe film to fit nearly any device

MINNEAPOLIS and BERLIN, Sept. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Eyesafe, the global leader in display health and screen protection technologies, today introduced two additions to its screen protection platform at IFA 2026: Eyesafe® HT Privacy, a high-transmission privacy screen technology, and Eyesafe® Universal, an on-demand screen protection platform precision-cut to fit a wide range of devices.

Eyesafe HT Privacy: Privacy. Brighter.

Privacy screens protect sensitive information in public spaces - but have always demanded a familiar trade: reduced display brightness.

Eyesafe HT Privacy is engineered to improve that equation. In Eyesafe laboratory measurements across leading smartphones and industry reference displays, HT Privacy delivered 74–75% average light transmission versus 66.3% for standard privacy film - about 12% higher - while maintaining effective side-angle privacy and showing no visible color shift on any display tested.*

"Privacy screens have historically asked people to give up part of the display experience," said Justin Barrett, CEO of Eyesafe. "HT Privacy improves that equation — a brighter head-on picture, side-angle privacy maintained, and patented Eyesafe protection built in."

Eyesafe Universal: One film. Every screen.

Conventional screen protection programs require separate pre-cut inventory for every device model. Eyesafe Universal replaces that wall of SKUs with a single film platform, precision-cut on demand for compatible smartphones, tablets and other displays — at the retail counter or in the service channel, including devices released after the film ships.

Eyesafe technology is integrated into the film material, maintaining clarity, touch response and a self-healing surface. Eyesafe Universal is available to partners now through evaluation programs, with volume production scaling through 2027.

Both technologies are available to brands and retailers in CPF or RPF technology variants. Eyesafe is meeting partners at IFA 2026 in Berlin, September 3–6. More: eyesafe.com/IFA2026, eyesafe.com/htprivacy and eyesafe.com/universal.

About Eyesafe

Eyesafe is the global leader in display health, screen protection and advanced light-management technologies, with more than 100 patents and technology shipped in over 350 million devices worldwide.

* Eyesafe measurement, August 2026: average transmittance 400–780nm, Eyesafe HT Privacy vs standard privacy film, measured across leading smartphones and industry reference displays; color difference ΔE2000 ≤1.9 on all displays tested. As with all privacy filters, brightness is reduced relative to an unprotected display.

By installation type, the new installation segment is expected to record a faster growth rate in the Pilot-Operated Gas Regulators Market during the forecast period.

Growth is supported by the expansion of natural gas transmission and distribution networks, new city gas distribution projects, gas processing facilities, LNG infrastructure, and industrial gas applications. New installations provide operators with opportunities to deploy modern pilot-operated regulators with improved pressure accuracy, higher flow capacity, integrated safety shutoff, and remote monitoring capabilities from the initial design stage. The retrofit segment, however, remains significant as utilities and pipeline operators increasingly replace aging mechanical pressure regulation equipment with advanced pilot-operated systems. Retrofit projects enable operators to improve pressure stability, safety, and operational efficiency while extending the useful life of existing pressure reduction stations and avoiding the higher costs associated with complete infrastructure replacement. Demand is particularly strong in mature gas markets such as North America and Europe, where substantial installed gas infrastructure requires periodic modernization and replacement. Manufacturers are also developing regulator designs capable of operating with hydrogen-blended gas and other evolving gas compositions, creating additional opportunities as gas networks transition toward lower carbon fuels.

By end-use industry, the gas utilities industry is expected to account for the largest market share over the forecast period.

Gas utilities are the primary users of pilot-operated regulators because these devices are widely deployed across natural gas transmission, distribution networks, and city-gate stations. They play a crucial role in mitigating elevated inlet pressures to achieve regulated downstream levels, while ensuring constant gas flow even in the face of supply pressure variations and changes in customer demand. The expansion and modernization of natural gas distribution infrastructure primarily drives growth in the gas utilities segment. Developing markets are investing in new pipelines and city gas distribution networks to extend natural gas access to residential, commercial, transportation, and industrial customers. At the same time, mature gas markets are replacing aging regulators and upgrading pressure-reduction stations to improve network reliability, safety, and operational efficiency. These replacement and modernization activities create recurring demand for pilot-operated regulators. Gas utilities are also facing growing pressure to reduce methane emissions and improve energy efficiency across distribution networks. This is encouraging the adoption of low-bleed and low-emission regulator technologies that minimize gas losses during normal operation and maintenance. In addition, the transition toward hydrogen blending and renewable gases is creating new requirements for regulators capable of handling changes in gas composition, pressure, and flow characteristics.
