HelloNation Features Insurance Expert Jared Marcengill on When Umbrella Insurance Makes Financial Sense

The article explores how additional liability protection can help safeguard assets and future financial security.

SENECA, S.C., Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- When does it make sense to consider insurance protection beyond standard policy limits? HelloNation answers that question in an article featuring insights from Jared Marcengill of JB Marcengill Insurance Agency in Seneca, SC.

The article explains that most people are familiar with the liability protection included in homeowners insurance and auto insurance policies. While those coverages provide important financial safeguards, some liability claims can exceed the limits of a primary policy. In those situations, umbrella insurance may provide an additional layer of protection.

According to the article, umbrella insurance works alongside existing homeowners insurance, auto insurance, and other qualifying policies. Rather than replacing those coverages, umbrella coverage extends liability protection when a covered claim exceeds the limits of the underlying policy. This additional protection can help individuals address significant financial exposures that standard policies may not fully cover.

The article notes that homeowners often begin considering umbrella insurance as their assets grow. Although homeowners insurance includes liability protection, serious injury claims occurring on a property can sometimes result in damages that exceed standard policy limits. For individuals with substantial assets, umbrella coverage may offer an added layer of asset protection.

Vehicle ownership can create similar concerns. Severe accidents involving multiple vehicles, extensive property damage, or significant injuries may produce claims that exceed the liability protection available through an auto insurance policy. The article explains that umbrella insurance may provide additional coverage above existing auto insurance limits, helping reduce potential financial exposure.

Business ownership is another circumstance that may warrant evaluation. While commercial policies often address business-related risks, personal liability risks can still exist. The article notes that reviewing both personal and business exposures can help determine whether umbrella coverage may be appropriate as part of a broader risk management strategy.

Asset protection remains one of the primary reasons individuals explore umbrella insurance. As people accumulate savings, investments, real estate, and other valuable property, protecting those resources often becomes a greater priority. The article explains that umbrella insurance is designed to strengthen asset protection by extending liability protection beyond traditional policy limits.

Certain lifestyle factors may also increase liability risks. Owning rental properties, recreational vehicles, or having teenage drivers in the household can create additional exposure. Serving on nonprofit boards or regularly hosting gatherings may also contribute to heightened liability risks. While these circumstances do not automatically require umbrella coverage, they often justify a closer examination of existing insurance protections.

The article further notes that liability risks can affect future earnings as well as current assets. Significant legal judgments may have financial consequences that extend beyond what an individual owns today. For this reason, umbrella insurance is often viewed as protection for both present and future financial stability.

Because large liability claims are relatively uncommon, many people overlook umbrella coverage. However, the article explains that insurance planning frequently involves preparing for events that may be unlikely but financially significant. Evaluating the balance between risk and potential impact can help individuals make informed decisions.

A policy review is often a useful starting point. By conducting a policy review of existing homeowners insurance, auto insurance, and other liability protection, individuals can better understand their current limits and identify potential gaps. A policy review may also reveal changes in assets, responsibilities, or lifestyle factors that affect liability risks over time.

The article concludes that there is no single formula for determining who needs umbrella insurance. Factors such as asset levels, liability risks, property ownership, driving habits, and long-term goals all influence the decision. By evaluating existing coverage and conducting a thoughtful policy review, individuals can determine whether umbrella coverage makes sense as part of their overall financial protection strategy.

When Umbrella Insurance Makes Financial Sense features insights from Jared Marcengill, Insurance Expert of Seneca, SC, in HelloNation.

AKEEYO Launches XPRO, a Custom-Fit 4K Dash Cam Built for the Toyota RAV4
Image File
Original HTML

Officially authorized Sony STARVIS 2 imaging, a factory-style install in about four minutes, and no cables running down the windshield. Now available in North America.

SHENZHEN, China, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- AKEEYO Global today announced the XPRO, a vehicle-specific 4K dash cam engineered exclusively for the Toyota RAV4. XPRO replaces the original plastic housing behind the rearview mirror and draws power from a connection point already located near the mirror, so there is no suction mount, no cable taped down the windshield, and no visible hardware on the dashboard.

The RAV4 is one of the highest-volume vehicles on North American roads, and its owners have long faced the same compromise. Universal dash cams record well but hang off the glass. Vehicle-specific models look clean but often fall short on imaging, connectivity, or long-term durability. XPRO was built to close that gap.

Imaging that AKEEYO can document, not just claim

XPRO records true 4K at 25fps through a Sony STARVIS 2 IMX678 sensor paired with an F1.08 large aperture and HDR. AKEEYO sources the sensor through authorized supply channels and holds written confirmation from Sony verifying its use, a level of documentation that is uncommon in a category where sensor names are frequently listed without evidence.

The practical result shows up after dark. Tunnels, unlit residential streets, oncoming headlights, and the high-contrast moment when a car exits a parking structure into daylight are exactly the conditions that flatten most footage into an unusable blur. The combination of a larger aperture, 4K resolution, and HDR is intended to keep plate characters, lane markings, and vehicle detail legible when a clip actually needs to be reviewed.

A four-minute install with nothing left behind

Installation requires no drilling, cutting, wire splicing, or fuse-box work for standard driving recording. Owners remove the original mirror cover with the included trim tool, plug in the supplied adapter, tuck the cable inside the XPRO housing, and press the unit into the factory mounting position. Start the vehicle and XPRO begins recording automatically.

The install is fully reversible. XPRO can be removed and the original mirror housing reinstalled at any time, which matters for leased vehicles and for resale.

XPRO ships in two housing designs to match RAV4 production variations. The version without vent openings fits select 2019 to 2024 RAV4 models and the 2022 RAV4 Prime. The version with vent openings fits select 2022 to 2025 models. Because mirror housings vary by model year, trim, and market, AKEEYO asks buyers to match the reference images rather than rely on model year alone, and offers a free fit-check by email for anyone unsure.

Built for a car that sits in the sun

A parked cabin in Phoenix or Dallas can reach temperatures that destroy conventional lithium batteries. XPRO uses an automotive-grade supercapacitor instead, backed by a six-layer ENIG circuit board with gold-finished contacts that resist oxidation and corrosion. The camera is rated for operation from minus 4°F to 158°F.

Evidence retrieval without pulling the card

Loop recording keeps coverage continuous, and a three-level G-sensor locks the current clip when an impact is detected so it survives overwriting. Voice commands let drivers photograph or lock a clip without reaching for the camera, and spoken alerts confirm recording, Wi-Fi, audio, and storage status.

Dual-band Wi-Fi on 2.4GHz and 5GHz connects XPRO to the AKEEYO app for live preview, playback, and downloads of up to 20MB/s under suitable conditions. Drivers can save the clip they need directly to a phone at the roadside without removing the microSD card.

Optional GPS and parking protection

The optional GPS Module records route, speed, direction, location, and time alongside footage, with synchronized video and map playback in the AKEEYO app or the desktop player. For coverage after the engine is off, an optional ACC Hardwire Kit or OBD Power Cable enables time-lapse parking monitoring with impact protection and low-voltage cutoff to help protect the vehicle battery.

Pricing and availability

XPRO for Toyota RAV4 is available now at akeeyo.com, priced at $289 USD. The package includes the XPRO camera, the compatible mirror power adapter, an installation trim tool, a 64GB microSD card, and documentation. Storage is supported up to 256GB. XPRO is a front-facing single-channel camera and does not include a rear camera. Every unit is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee and an 18-month replacement warranty.

Launch offer: use code XPRO25 at checkout for 25% off the XPRO camera and 25% off all XPRO accessories, including the GPS Module, ACC Hardwire Kit, and OBD Power Cable.

Veteran HR technology founder and people executive joins Relate's founding team to help scale its mission to transform everyday conversations into opportunities for development, stronger relationships, and better performance.

LEXINGTON, Mass., Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Relate, the AI relationship intelligence platform helping people and organizations understand and improve how they communicate, today announced that Kristy McCann Flynn has joined the company as Co-Founder.

The announcement marks the next stage of Relate's growth as the company expands its platform, customer base, and vision for using AI to make meaningful development part of the conversations people are already having every day.

McCann Flynn is a longtime HR technology founder, operator, investor, and people leader who has spent more than 25 years at the intersection of people, culture, and technology. She previously co-founded and served as CEO of SkillCycle, where she raised more than $15 million and helped scale the company through rapid growth with Inc 5000 growth recognition over multiple years. Her career also includes senior HR and transformation roles across organizations including Pearson, Constant Contact, MoneyLion, Richemont, and Western Asset Management.

As Co-Founder, McCann Flynn will work alongside Relate's existing founding team to accelerate customer growth, strategic partnerships, fundraising, product strategy, and market expansion, while bringing the voice of HR leaders and enterprise buyers directly into the company's roadmap.

"Relate has everything I look for in a company: the people, the potential, the product, the passion, and a genuinely huge problem worth solving," said McCann Flynn. "Every day, conversations shape relationships with customers, prospects, employees, and managers. Relate has the opportunity to turn those moments into continuous development and stronger relationships at scale. I'm incredibly excited to join this team as a co-founder and help build what comes next."

McCann Flynn's appointment comes during a period of growing momentum for Relate. The company was recently recognized by G2 as a Best New Software Product for 2026 and continues to expand its technology and reach. Most recently, Relate introduced Vocal Intelligence, extending its analysis beyond transcripts to include factors such as tone, energy, pace, humor, and conversational dynamics.

"Kristy has a powerful combination of founder, operator, buyer and evangelist experience," said Tom Keenan, Co-Founder of Relate. "She understands what it takes to build a company, but she also understands what it takes for new technology to earn trust inside an organization. That's incredibly important for where Relate is going."

About Relate

Relate is an AI relationship intelligence platform built to help people become better at the conversations that matter. Grounded in decades of trust research, Relate combines conversational AI and Vocal Intelligence to analyze both what is said and how it is communicated, giving individuals personalized coaching while helping leaders understand communication patterns, development opportunities, and relationship health across their teams.

AFTER YEARS OF DEMAND, SALTBOX LAUNCHES FIRST ILLINOIS LOCATION WITH 114-SUITE ELMHURST OPERATIONS FACILITY THIS FALL
Image File
Original HTML

The nation's leading operations hub helping product-based businesses scale beyond the garage or spare bedroom is bringing its co-warehousing model to IL, celebrating with the launch of a new "Made in Chicago" grant, offering the winner $5,000 toward their start.

ELMHURST, Ill., Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Saltbox, the operations hub for product-based businesses with 13 locations across the US, announces the opening of its first Chicago-area location in Elmhurst this Fall. The 114-suite facility at 934 N. Church Rd. will bring flexible warehouse and office space, loading docks and an on-site operations team to the Chicago market. Designed for businesses that have outgrown working from a garage, spare bedroom, or fragmented collection of storage and office spaces but aren't ready to commit to a traditional warehouse, Saltbox will give growing businesses the ability to expand their operations. Its co-warehousing model combines private warehouse and office suites with the shared infrastructure businesses need to receive inventory, prepare orders, and ship products.

"Chicago has been one of the markets our members have requested most," said Olivia Mariani, VP of Marketing at Saltbox. "Product-based businesses are increasingly operating across multiple regions to get inventory closer to their customers, reduce shipping costs, and build more resilient operations. Chicago gives our members a critical Midwest hub while bringing the Saltbox model to a new community of entrepreneurs and operators."

Members receive month-to-month access to loading docks, mail and package receiving, daily carrier pickups, equipment, conference rooms, a content studio, high-speed Wi-Fi, printing, in-suite power, 24/7 security and reserved parking. Kitchen, workspace, and community areas give founders and their teams room to work beyond the warehouse floor.

The on-site operations team is central to the Saltbox model. Team members receive inventory, bring it to members' suites, support carrier handoffs, and help solve day-to-day workflow challenges. Businesses can also access Saltbox Fulfillment and S.O.S. (Saltbox Operations Support) for additional hands-on help as their volume and operational needs change.

"Space is only the starting point," said Katerina Cirilli, CEO of Saltbox. "We built Saltbox to help members run the operation around their products, in an environment where the people, equipment, and infrastructure are already in place. Chicago's economy has always been shaped by builders and makers, and we believe they deserve an operating home that can keep up with their ambition."

The Saltbox team chose Elmhurst so that Chicagoland founders and their teams could run their operations closer to home, instead of the common scenario of needing to drive long distances to industrial corridors separated far apart from the rest of their day. The new facility will be situated just minutes from downtown Elmhurst, offering a walkable stretch of restaurants, coffee shops, and services nearby.

The Elmhurst location places members near the transportation routes and commercial communities that power the Chicago region. The I-290 and I-294 interchange is approximately five minutes away, O'Hare International Airport is within a short drive and Elk Grove Village, one of the country's largest industrial parks, is seven miles from the facility, with downtown Elmhurst about two miles away, keeping restaurants, services and other amenities accessible to members and their teams.

Suites range from 88 to 1,809 square feet: smaller suites accommodate approximately four pallets and one or two people, giving emerging businesses a practical next step after outgrowing the home, while larger suites can hold as many as 125 pallets and provide room for a full team managing fulfillment under one roof. The building also incorporates details from Elmhurst's history, with conference rooms named Salt Creek, after the waterway where the area's earliest settlers made their homes, and Cottage Hill, the community's original name from 1845 to 1869.

"I've been walking this building since it was bare concrete while also training for the Chicago Marathon," said Lucy Voss, VP of Operations at Saltbox. "Both take the same thing: showing up consistently, including on the days when the work is hard. That's something Chicago business owners understand well. We're building this location for the people doing that work every day."

Saltbox Elmhurst is designed for ecommerce and direct-to-consumer brands, consumer packaged goods companies, wholesalers, and businesses handling light assembly or kitting, along with project pros, designers and industrial operators who need functional space, dock access and operational support without building those capabilities themselves. It's not intended for businesses that only need inexpensive storage, a self-storage unit may be a better fit there, but for teams actively shipping, receiving and managing physical operations, Saltbox offers more control, visibility and flexibility than a fully outsourced model can provide.

To celebrate the company's commitment to supporting small businesses, Saltbox is proud to launch the Made in Chicago Grant, awarding one qualified Chicago-area product or ecommerce business a $5,000 credit toward membership at Saltbox Elmhurst in honor of their opening. The grant is open to eligible businesses throughout Chicagoland and the western suburbs, including Elmhurst, DuPage County, Elk Grove Village and Oak Brook. One winner will be selected at random from qualified entrants and announced at the grand opening ceremony in the fall. The credit applies to Saltbox membership fees and does not cover additional services, and no purchase is necessary to enter. Businesses can enter and review the complete eligibility requirements at saltbox.com/made-in-chicago-grant.

Businesses interested in becoming among the first Saltbox Elmhurst members can also join the Chicago waitlist at saltbox.com/location/chicago-elmhurst. Waitlist members will receive early access to tour availability and membership information.

NuxGame Heads to SBC Summit Lisbon 2026 With Its Full Ecosystem and a Seat on the Compliance Stage
Image File
Original HTML

LIMASSOL, Cyprus, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- NuxGame, a B2B iGaming software provider, will take part in SBC Summit Lisbon 2026, held from Sept. 29 to Oct. 1 at the Feira Internacional de Lisboa. The team will be based at Stand A326 in Hall 1, the event's Networking Lounge sponsored by NuxGame, where operators can sit down with senior staff from the product and commercial teams.

From Software Provider to Open Ecosystem

The timing suits where the business now stands. NuxGame began in 2018 as a software provider for operators launching their first projects, and today it runs an open ecosystem built around operator growth. Lisbon is one of the few occasions in the year when all of it can be seen in one place, by the people who would use it day to day.

What Operators Will See at Stand A326

Across the three days, the team will walk operators through the NuxGame Ecosystem in full:

- An award-winning turnkey casino and sportsbook platform.

- A game aggregator with 18,500+ titles from 140+ providers.

- Sweepstakes-ready infrastructure.

- A vetted network of partners covering CRM, payments, orchestration, and traffic.

That last part saves time. Instead of assessing vendors market by market, operators plug into partners already working in the regions they are entering, with the software underneath coming from a single provider. It is all backed by a service team whose client satisfaction has averaged 4.8 out of 5 over the past six months.

Denis Kosinsky on the Compliance Tech Stage

On Thursday, Oct. 1, NuxGame Chief Product Officer Denis Kosinsky will join the panel "Closing the Loopholes: How to Combat Bonus Abuse" on the Regulation & Compliance stage, part of the summit's new Compliance Tech track. The session looks at how operators can recognize evolving patterns of bonus exploitation and keep promotional spend flowing to the players it was designed for.

"A bonus budget is one of the most powerful growth tools an operator has, and it works best when the money reaches genuine players. The instinct is to tighten the rules for everyone, but that's like locking the whole building because one window doesn't shut. Better to find the window. When you can see clearly how a promotion is actually being used, you close that one gap and leave the offer generous for everybody else."

— Denis Kosinsky, Chief Product Officer at NuxGame

Book a Meeting in Lisbon

"Lisbon is where a lot of operators decide what their next year looks like. We wanted a space where those conversations can happen properly, with the platform, the content, and the partner network all in the room at once. Twenty minutes with the right people will tell you more than three months of comparing suppliers on paper."

— Daniel Heywood, Chief Executive Officer at NuxGame

Operators, affiliates, and partners attending the summit can book a meeting with the NuxGame team in advance, or stop by Stand A326 in Hall 1 on any of the three days.

Expo Pavilion Logistics Starts Long Before Doors Open, and Belgrade 2027 Is Closer Than It Looks
Image File
Original HTML

While visitors experience an Expo when the doors open, the logistics required to bring pavilions to life start months earlier. The work supporting Saudi Arabia's pavilion in Osaka began with site surveys in late 2024, ahead of pavilion's April 2025 opening, and inbound waves of freight started arriving in early 2025. Applying that timeline to Belgrade, a May 2027 opening means the first survey window will happen as early as this winter.

"Most teams come to logistics after the build is designed," said Marcel Meyer, Global VP Events, EFM, an ICAT Company. "By then the expensive constraints are already fixed. Crate dimensions, aircraft availability, customs treatment for artwork, storage within reach of the site. We were walking the Osaka ground months before the first shipment moved, and that is the only reason a twelve-rotation gallery program held its dates."

EFM managed the majority of the pavilion's logistics, coordinating more than 100 shipments over the life of the Expo and moving an estimated 300 to 400 metric tons of air freight. The scope ran from air, sea and road freight and ATA Carnet formalities to roughly 1,000 square meters of warehousing in Osaka, pick and pack, specialist art handling and on-site installation, down to a fully fitted coffee shop, crockery included.

The gallery program was the hardest part of the assignment: 12 rotations of artwork across six months, accounting for an estimated 50 tonnes of movements. EFM collected pieces in Saudi Arabia, wrote condition reports, built custom crates, flew the work to Osaka and stored it there. A dedicated art-handling team installed, de-rigged and re-packed overnight between rotations.

The pavilion took the event's Gold Award for Architecture and Landscape and drew more than three million of the 28 million people who visited Expo 2025 Osaka across its 184-day run, which closed on October 13, 2025.

"What made Osaka uniquely challenging was capacity and cadence," Meyer added. "With limited wide-body lift into Kansai International Airport and a single daily connection on key routings, we staged freight via Riyadh and Dubai, throttled releases to match aircraft space, and mirrored operations across time zones with our teams in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Australia. The choreography had to be exact."

That constraint rewards early planning most, because every country competes for the same finite lift into the same gateway in the same few weeks. Belgrade will tighten it further. Its 25-hectare site in Surčin is expected to hold 130 or more national pavilions inside a 93-day window, squeezing the inbound build and the outbound strike at both ends.

EFM worked with the Saudi Ministry of Culture and its production partners, and supported pavilions for Brazil, Serbia, Peru and Ecuador.

"Expo is a different kind of proving ground," said Jake Blount, EVP of Sales, ICAT Logistics. "Our customers operate where failure is not an option, and Osaka showed what's possible when planning starts early and experienced teams are in place to execute from day one.

For teams planning toward Belgrade or Riyadh, the survey work begins long before the freight schedule starts to look urgent.

New paper highlights the need for integrated digital behavioral support, proposing a "habit window hypothesis" and associated research agenda to maximize the long-term success of GLP-1 therapies

TORONTO, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) medications have revolutionized weight management, yet high dropout rates and rapid weight regain remain significant hurdles for many patients. A new viewpoint paper published in the Journal of Medical Internet Research by JMIR Publications highlights a fundamental challenge: medication alone is not enough to secure long-term behavioral change. In the paper titled "Digital Behavioral Infrastructure for Glucagon-Like Peptide-1 Pharmacotherapy: Viewpoint on Persistence, Tolerability, and Postcessation Durability," the author argues that while these drugs effectively target biological appetite, they do not inherently instill the lifestyle routines required to maintain health

To bridge this gap, the paper introduces a "digital behavioral infrastructure"--a theory-driven approach that leverages digital health apps as essential structural companions, helping patients build sustainable habits during the medication's peak efficacy window. The paper maps how two well-validated theories of behavior change, social cognitive theory and behavioral economics, can be leveraged to drive medication persistence, side-effect mitigation, and durable weight loss.

Geoff Cook, CEO of Noom, a leading behavior change company, suggests an idea called the "habit window." By dialing down constant food cravings, described by patients as "food noise," GLP-1 drugs free up mental energy, opening a unique opportunity for patients to build healthier daily routines. He also proposes that GLP-1 therapy, when combined with behavioral support, may spark lifestyle change via the "Fresh Start" effect.

Digital companion programs use targeted strategies to address the three biggest hurdles of GLP-1 therapy. Personalized digital reminders can help patients stay consistent with their medication, while interactive symptom management features can help reduce gastrointestinal side effects so patients do not quit early. Finally, structured skill-building can help users establish sustainable eating and exercise routines before biological appetite cues return to baseline when treatment stops.

"Given the high rate of GLP-1 discontinuation," said Cook, "the objective becomes building healthy behaviors while the habit window is pharmacologically open. While the habit window is a hypothesis, the features suggested in the paper are not theoretical. In fact, these features are part of the Noom app today, as this is exactly how we've built Noom's GLP-1 Companion to take advantage of fast and slow thinking, system 1 and system 2. Most exciting of all is we will be supporting the research program outlined in Table 1 of the paper with RCTs to shed light on the problems, mechanisms, and interventions raised in the paper."

While early observational data shows promising results, the paper stresses that prospective, randomized trials are needed to fully test the "habit window" framework. Ultimately, pairing biological appetite control with digital behavioral coaching could mark the difference between temporary weight loss and a lifetime of improved health.

- The deviceWISE® platform unifies factory assets and IT and OT workflows through hardware-independent software

- Live demonstrations feature visual inspection, robotic sorting and automated assembly

- deviceWISE Intelligence Suite applies Fault Detection & Recovery and Workstation Sentinel to robotic operations

BOCA RATON, Fla., Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- deviceWISE®, a Telit Cinterion company, today announced it will run three live production demonstrations at IMTS 2026, September 14-19 in Chicago, Illinois. At Booth 236475, visitors will see visual inspection, robotic sorting and automated assembly running on the deviceWISE platform, including agentic AI that detects a fault on a live robotic cell and guides the recovery.

Each demonstration shows a different layer of the platform in action, from connecting and coordinating factory assets to applying edge AI directly on live robotic cells.

At the visual inspection station, deviceWISE Visual Intelligence will inspect circuit boards and other physical objects for defects or missing components. In the agentic AI and digital twin demonstration, a robot will sort colored cubes. In the FANUC AI auto assembly demonstration, a second robot will assemble industrial parts.

More information about the deviceWISE Intelligence Suite is available at: https://www.telit.com/iot-platforms-overview/devicewise-ai/

Both robotic demonstrations will use Fault Detection & Recovery to reproduce a fault and demonstrate automated recovery through the deviceWISE platform.

Fault handling on robotic lines is typically manual: an operator notices the stoppage, diagnoses the cause and works out the recovery steps. The demonstrations show that analysis happening at the edge, with the platform generating the recovery procedure and guiding the operator through it rather than leaving the line dependent on who happens to be on shift.

The deviceWISE Intelligence Suite uses industrial AI agents to analyze production data and support operational decisions at the edge. When an issue occurs, the platform generates situation-specific recovery procedures and guides operators to a resolution. These capabilities apply to:

- Fault analysis and recovery

- Work process optimization

- Operating procedure compliance

- Workstation monitoring

Fault Detection identifies and diagnoses equipment or process faults and recommends or executes recovery steps. Workstation Sentinel continuously monitors the production line, comparing observed activity against standard operating procedures to flag issues such as incorrect parts or improper feed.

deviceWISE Intelligence Suite integrates the NVIDIA Metropolis Video Search and Summarization Blueprint (VSS) to add scalable visual intelligence. Using Model Context Protocol and NVIDIA NIM microservices, the platform pairs what the cameras see with live machine data and process state, so a visual event is interpreted against what the line is actually doing rather than in isolation. It then evaluates the situation using operational logic and routes the response to the system or the operator that needs it.

"Manufacturers are moving toward systems that decide and act locally, on the line, rather than waiting on a person or a round trip to the cloud," said Martin Krona, president of solutions and services at Telit Cinterion. "At IMTS we are showing that in practice: agent-based AI at the edge, orchestrated through deviceWISE, taking a live robotic cell from fault to recovery."

Join deviceWISE, a Telit Cinterion company, at IMTS, Booth 236475, to see active intelligence at the factory edge. Visit www.telit.com for details.
