Two global luxury brands bring together world-class hospitality, specialist expertise, and the art of connoisseurship across Asia Pacific's most iconic destinations.

HONG KONG, Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Luxury Group by Marriott International and Sotheby's continues to deepen their global partnership, bringing their exclusive masterclass series to Asia Pacific for the first time. Building on last year's debut through private tours at Sotheby's Maison during Sotheby's Hong Kong's Luxury Week, this next chapter introduces "The Art of Knowing," a multi-faceted series spanning digital masterclass content and exclusive in-person experiences that offer deeper access to the worlds of rare craftsmanship, heritage, and high-value collecting.

Designed to offer a deeper understanding of the stories and expertise behind the world's most exceptional objects, the masterclass series brings together the complementary strengths of both luxury leaders. Since 1744, Sotheby's contributes its global authority in collecting, craftsmanship, and specialist knowledge, while Luxury Group provides the setting through exceptional service, culinary artistry, and thoughtfully curated guest experiences.

"At Luxury Group, we define true luxury not just by exceptional stays, but by meaningful access and moments of authentic discovery," said Bart Buiring, Managing Director, Luxury, Greater China, Marriott International. "Through our continued collaboration with Sotheby's, we create opportunities for our guests to experience extraordinary collectibles up close and gain a deeper understanding of the mastery, passion, and stories woven into each piece."

Introducing The Art of Knowing: A One-Minute Masterclass Series

At the heart of "The Art of Knowing" is a new one-minute masterclass video series that offers an insider's perspective on the world of luxury. Filmed at The St. Regis Hong Kong, the series features Sotheby's specialists including Vanessa Wat (Handbags & Fashion), George Lacey (Wine & Luxury), and Jane Ki (Jewelry), who distill decades of expertise into concise lessons that reveal the craftsmanship, provenance, and collector insights behind some of the world's most coveted handbags, jewelry, watches, and wines.

From September 2, The Art of Knowing: A One-Minute Masterclass Series will roll out across Luxury Group and Sotheby's channels. Discover the full series here.

The Masterclass Experience: Exclusive Access to the Art of Collecting and Gastronomy

Bringing "The Art of Knowing" beyond the screen, Sotheby's specialists will also share their expertise through a series of intimate masterclasses across Luxury Group destinations. In Greater China, the series will kick off on September 14 at The St. Regis Hong Kong, where exceptional handbags presented by Sotheby's will take center stage against the hotel's distinctive "curated mansion" ambiance. During the guided appreciation, guests will gain deeper insight into the craftsmanship and collector appeal behind each piece, with the rare opportunity to engage with select handbags firsthand. The experience continues October 2 at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, inviting guests into the world of fine watch collecting through a masterclass centered on a selection of exceptional timepieces.

Complementing the masterclass experience in Hong Kong, guests will enjoy an exclusive four-hands culinary collaboration between two Michelin-starred L'Envol at The St. Regis Hong Kong and one Michelin-starred Tosca di Angelo at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. Reflecting the same spirit of craftsmanship and connoisseurship explored throughout the evening, the bespoke menu will showcase dishes including Mediterranean lobster with Oscietra caviar, red star grouper in Matalotta soup, and charcoal-grilled Wagyu with violet baby artichoke and gnocchi. Throughout the dinner, a Sotheby's specialist will also lead an intimate wine sharing, guiding guests through each pairing and the nuances that make it a natural complement to the menu.

Reservations for the October 2 masterclass and dining experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong may be made via this link or by contacting [email protected] or +852-2263-2270.

"The Art of Knowing" will continue at The St. Regis Shenzhen Bao'an on October 15 with a wine-focused masterclass, further extending the series' exploration of collecting, craftsmanship, and connoisseurship across the region.

As the partnership continues to evolve, Luxury Group and Sotheby's bring guests closer to the worlds that inspire collectors, offering rare opportunities to engage with exceptional objects through the context and stories that give them meaning.

In HelloNation, Golf Cart Expert Ken Young Jr. Clarifies Golf Cart Insurance
Image File
Original HTML

Port Neches Owners Need to Consider Texas Law Stops Short of Requiring Cart Insurance, but Public Road Use Creates Significant Financial Exposure

PORT NECHES, Texas, Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The article explains that Texas does not have a blanket law requiring all golf cart owners to carry traditional auto insurance. However, when a cart is operated on public roads, the financial consequences of an accident involving another person or vehicle can be significant, and the absence of liability coverage makes that situation far more complicated. For Port Neches cart owners who travel public streets, the question of coverage extends well beyond what the law requires.

Many cart owners assume that a homeowners insurance policy covers golf cart-related claims. The HelloNation article notes that this assumption is only partially correct. Many homeowners policies include limited coverage for carts, but that coverage often applies only to incidents that occur on the insured property. If a cart is involved in an accident on a Port Neches street, a standard homeowners policy may not extend protection to that situation, and the only reliable way to confirm coverage is to review the policy directly with an insurance agent.

The article draws a distinction between standard golf carts and low-speed vehicles under Texas law. If a cart has been modified or registered as a low-speed vehicle, a separate auto or specialty policy may be appropriate or even required depending on the classification. Owners should confirm how their cart is categorized before assuming what coverage is necessary.

The article features insights from Ken Young Jr., a Golf Cart Expert with Young's Tobacco Store in Port Neches. Golf Cart Experts in Jefferson County understand the practical risks of operating a cart on public roads and the coverage gaps that standard homeowners policies often leave unaddressed.

Specialty golf cart insurance Port Neches owners can access through several carriers is designed to address the specific risks of road and recreational cart use. The article explains that these policies can include liability coverage, collision coverage, and protection against theft or vandalism, offering a level of protection that a homeowners endorsement may not fully provide.

The cost of golf cart insurance Port Neches cart operators pay varies based on the cart's value, how often it is used on public roads, the level of coverage selected, and the driver's record. The article notes that specialty coverage is often affordable enough that the added cost is worth considering, especially for owners who use their carts for regular neighborhood travel throughout Jefferson County.

Port Neches residents who are unsure about their current coverage should start by reviewing their homeowners or renters policy with their agent. The article advises that understanding what coverage exists, what it excludes, and what gaps remain is a sound first step for any cart owner who operates beyond private land. The financial exposure from an uncovered accident can far exceed the cost of a basic liability policy, making proactive coverage review a practical priority.

Is Golf Cart Insurance Required in Port Neches, Texas? features insights from Ken Young Jr., Golf Cart Expert of Port Neches, Texas, in HelloNation.

Aspen Snowmass Celebrates 80th Anniversary with Discounted 'Throwback' Lift Tickets, On-Mountain Programming

Resort honors its storied history with multiple activations, experiences, and original 1946 lift ticket price as it celebrates 80 years

ASPEN, Colo., Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Aspen Snowmass, the mountain experience brand of the Aspen One portfolio, announced its plans to celebrate its 80th anniversary.

The resort will celebrate all winter long, and will start with a weekend of throwback pricing, including lift tickets on-sale for $3.75 on December 14 – the day the resort was founded – matching the original 1946 rate. Aspen Snowmass is also discounting lift tickets on Saturday, December 12 and Sunday, December 13 to $80, allowing guests to create a long weekend of deeply discounted mountain access paired with special anniversary experiences on mountain. Lift tickets provide guests with skiing and snowboarding on all four of Aspen Snowmass' mountains: Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, and Snowmass. The discounted lift tickets are limited in quantity to preserve the guest experience and respect mountain capacity – they are expected to sell out quickly.

"Eighty years ago, Aspen Mountain opened with a single lift and endless hopes and dreams for what was to come," said Geoff Buchheister, CEO of Aspen Skiing Company. "Today, Aspen Snowmass is a destination like no other – four unique mountains, two unique towns, one community, incredible experiences, and infinite perspectives. Nature meets culture in this very special place, where we seek to live fully and build lasting connections with people and planet. Every day, we carve the future while honoring the past – and this season, we're so proud to celebrate 80 incredible years."

Four Mountain Sports will offer $80 Premium rental packages December 12-14, and guests can look forward to multiple days of special on-mountain programming, including après parties, between Friday, December 11 and Monday, December 14, with more details to be announced. During those dates, on-mountain dining outlets will run $19.46 food and beverage specials, a nod to the year Aspen Skiing Company was founded. A limited run of anniversary apparel will be available during the season, both online and in-store, throughout the season at Aspen Collection, Aspen One's premium apparel brand.

All Aspen Snowmass Pass holders will qualify for additional giveaways and event promotions in honor of the 80th anniversary. Pass prices increase on September 19, and Flex Passes are on sale until October 30, while supplies last.

The anniversary weekend also coincides with Wintersköl's 75th year, with both milestones converging for a weekend that celebrates eight decades of mountain culture and community.

Beyond the four mountains, Limelight Aspen and Limelight Snowmass will celebrate with limited-time lodging rates for the anniversary window, including 46% off stays between December 11-14, using code 80YEARS (two-night stay minimum) at Limelight Snowmass, and 46% off stays December 13-14 (no minimum) at Limelight Aspen. The Little Nell, Aspen's only five-star, five-diamond ski-in/ski-out hotel, will provide up to a 30% discount between December 11-14, also using code 80YEARS, no minimum stay required. All three properties, which are part of the Aspen One brand portfolio, will extend the celebration with limited time special programming and food and beverage specials.

There will be additional celebrations, activations, and fun throughout the entire 2026/27 winter season. Full details, including the complete schedule of anniversary programming are available online: www.aspensnowmass.com/visit/aspen-snowmass-80th-anniversary.

Rare five-card diamond flush delivers $1,977,758 payday to Ultimate Texas Hold'Em player during Yaamava' Resort & Casino's 40th Anniversary celebration

HIGHLAND, Calif., Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- A lucky Rancho Cucamonga resident struck it big at Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel, winning a nearly $2 million progressive jackpot while playing Ultimate Texas Hold'Em. This massive payout is the latest major table games jackpot awarded at Southern California's premier gaming destination.

The guest placed a $5 progressive wager and hit a rare five-card royal flush in diamonds, the top qualifying hand in the Ultimate Texas Hold'Em progressive jackpot. The winning hand resulted in a $1,977,758 payout.

"There is nothing more exciting than seeing one of our guests experience a win of this magnitude," said Kenji Hall, General Manager of Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel. "A $5 wager turning into nearly $2 million is an incredible outcome, and it reflects the energy, anticipation and unforgettable experiences our team strives to deliver every day across our gaming floor."

This jackpot adds to a growing list of major payouts awarded at Yaamava' during its milestone 40th anniversary year. In August, two Club Serrano members split a $1.24 million progressive baccarat jackpot, and a Los Angeles resident won a $1.2 million jackpot from a $100 bet in March, further showcasing the resort's reputation for delivering substantial table game wins.

With nearly $4.5 million in major table game jackpots awarded this year alone, Yaamava' Resort & Casino continues to deliver the thrills, rewards and premier gaming experiences that have made it Southern California's premier gaming destination. For guests across the region, the next big winner could be just one hand away.

HelloNation Article Featuring Roofing Expert R. Sean Fahey Breaks Down the Importance of Annual Roof Inspections

The article explains how yearly roof inspections help homeowners and businesses identify damage early and avoid costly repairs.

SALISBURY, Md., Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Is an annual roof inspection essential, even when there are no visible leaks? That's the question answered in a HelloNation article featuring Roofing Expert R. Sean Fahey of Peninsula Roofing Company, Inc. in Salisbury, MD. The article takes a clear look at how yearly roof assessments can help protect both residential and commercial properties from costly repairs and long-term damage.

According to the article, a roof can appear problem-free while still hiding early signs of wear. The importance of regular roof inspections becomes clear when minor issues, such as loose shingles or deteriorating sealant, go unnoticed for too long. These problems often start minorly but can allow water to enter through the roof structure. The annual roof inspection checklist focuses on identifying subtle red flags before they escalate into significant damage.

For both homeowners and business owners, the benefits of regular inspections extend beyond simply spotting leaks. The article explains how a commercial and residential roof inspection can give property owners a better understanding of their roof's condition, helping them plan repairs or replacements without rushing into emergency work. By catching minor issues early, inspections can help prevent costly damage to insulation, decking, and interior finishes.

One part of the annual roof inspection checklist involves looking at surface materials. Inspectors check for missing, curled, or cracked shingles on a residential roof or damaged sections on a commercial roof. Another critical area is flashing, which protects roof joints and transitions around chimneys, vents, and skylights. If flashing fails, water can easily penetrate the structure. The article notes that these areas are often the first to show signs of deterioration and are prioritized during a roof inspection.

Gutters and drainage systems also receive careful attention. The article highlights how clogged gutters or blocked drainage points can cause water buildup, reducing a roof's lifespan. For commercial roofs, which often include flat surfaces and HVAC systems, inspections also focus on wear from foot traffic and heavy equipment. These unique issues demonstrate why a commercial and residential roof inspection is not a one-size-fits-all process but is tailored to the specific structure.

Seasonal weather changes make an annual roof inspection especially important in climates like Maryland. Warm months can cause expansion in roofing materials, while winter brings contraction, brittleness, and ice. The article points out that these gradual effects often go unnoticed until the damage is done. A yearly review ensures that any damage from storms or weather stress is addressed before it spreads.

Roofing Expert R. Sean Fahey emphasizes that a roof inspection should be treated as a preventive measure rather than a response to a leak. Regular roof maintenance, guided by professional inspections, helps extend the life of a residential roof or commercial roof and protects the building's value. Inspections provide clarity, improve repair budgeting, and reduce surprises.

The article's message is clear: whether it's a small house or a large office building, staying on top of inspections is key to smart property ownership. The benefits of commercial and residential roof inspections discussed provide strong reasons to make them part of an annual routine.

"Annual Roof Inspections: What Home and Business Owners Should Know" features insights from R. Sean Fahey, Roofing Expert of Salisbury, MD, in HelloNation.

Vidle Housing and PadSplit Partner to Expand Affordable Housing Options for Healthcare Travelers

Partnership brings flexible, cost-conscious shared housing to healthcare professionals traveling for work

DELRAY BEACH, Fla., Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Vidle Housing, a housing platform built to serve the unique needs of traveling healthcare professionals, today announced a new partnership with PadSplit, the country's largest coliving marketplace, to expand the range of affordable housing options available to healthcare travelers across the country.

Through the partnership, PadSplit's shared housing options will be made available through the Vidle Housing platform, giving travel nurses, allied health professionals, and other healthcare travelers an additional way to find housing that fits their assignment, location, and budget.

PadSplit offers a different approach to traditional furnished rentals. Members rent their own private, furnished bedroom within a shared home while sharing common spaces such as kitchens and depending on the property, bathrooms, and other living areas. This model can significantly reduce housing costs compared with renting an entire apartment or home, while providing travelers with the flexibility they need when temporarily relocating for work.

"Healthcare travelers have different priorities when it comes to housing, and affordability is becoming increasingly important," said Randy Holloran, CEO of Vidle. "Some travelers want a private apartment or home, while others would gladly consider sharing a home if it allows them to significantly reduce their housing expenses. By partnering with PadSplit, we're adding another important option and giving travelers greater control over how and where they live while on assignment."

The addition of PadSplit further expands Vidle Housing's growing range of housing choices designed specifically around the needs of the healthcare traveler community. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, Vidle Housing is building a marketplace that provides travelers with multiple housing types, price points and stay options in one place.

PadSplit's shared-housing model is particularly well suited for cost-conscious travelers. In addition to the private furnished bedroom, all utilities and Wi-Fi are included in a simple weekly payment, making it easier to budget and save. PadSplit residents are screened before moving into a home, and private bedrooms feature secure locks.

"Travel healthcare professionals provide essential services in communities across the country, and they need housing options that provide flexibility and affordability while they're away from home," said Atticus LeBlanc, PadSplit's founder and CEO. "Our partnership with Vidle Housing introduces shared housing to more healthcare travelers and gives them another way to make their assignments financially rewarding while having a comfortable place to call home."

For healthcare travelers, housing is often one of the largest expenses associated with taking an assignment. Shared housing provides an opportunity for travelers who are comfortable living with others to lower those costs and potentially retain more of their housing stipend or assignment earnings.

The PadSplit partnership is part of Vidle Housing's broader effort to expand housing inventory and provide healthcare travelers with more choices—from private furnished apartments and homes to hotels, extended-stay accommodations, and now affordable shared housing.

Doceree Launches Intent Powered HCP Suite, Bringing Clinical Intent Signals to CTV, Social and Programmatic
Image File

Following the successful launches of Care Sequence and DOOH, Doceree adds three more channels to real-time clinical orchestration, offering the industry an alternative to the weeks old claims data it still runs on.

SHORT HILLS, N.J., Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Doceree, the operating system for healthcare marketing, today announced the launch of Intent Powered HCP Suite at the opening of Fierce Pharma Week 2026. The suite brings three additional channels — Connected TV (CTV), Social and Programmatic — under a single orchestration layer, each supercharged by Doceree's proprietary Clinical Intent Signals: real-time indicators of what a physician is deciding, drawn from the clinical workflow itself rather than reconstructed weeks later from claims. The suite is available through Daily Command, Doceree's operating system for pharma commercialization.

This announcement comes shortly after the successful launch of Care Sequence, that activates a brand across all moments of a patient encounter, from the waiting room to the pharmacy fill, through point-of-care, email and text touchpoints in response to live clinical signals, and of Doceree's DOOH offering, which brings signal-triggered digital out-of-home to healthcare venues nationwide.

Intent Powered HCP Suite extends the same signal-driven logic to the largest reach channels in pharma media, so that a CTV impression, a LinkedIn placement and a programmatic bid can be triggered, sequenced and measured against the same clinical moment.

The problem: An industry running weeks behind the prescription

Most HCP media today is planned on claims data. Claims are comprehensive, but they are also slow: a prescription written today typically surfaces in a claims-derived audience several weeks later, after adjudication, aggregation and modeling. By the time the segment is activated, the clinical decision that justified it has already been made, and often remade.

"The industry has accepted a strange bargain: it pays real-time prices for reach, and then aims that reach with data that is several weeks old," said Harshit Jain, MD, Founder and Global CEO of Doceree. "Clinical intent has a half-life. A physician's question about a therapy, a new diagnosis in the chart, a formulary check — these are the moments that predict the next prescription, and they decay in days, not quarters. Intent Powered HCP Suite is built on a simple conviction: if you can see the signal in real-time, every channel you own should respond to it in real-time."

What Clinical Intent Signals are — and why they change the model

Clinical Intent Signals are the physician-side indicators that a prescribing decision is forming: activity inside the EHR workflow, engagement with clinical content across Doceree's network of 2,000+ medical publishers, and point-of-care interactions captured through Doceree's patented Triggers™ layer across 185+ EHR and platform integrations. Each signal is resolved deterministically to a verified NPI through ESPYIAN, Doceree's identity graph of more than six million healthcare professionals — no probabilistic lookalikes, no inferred audiences.

Unlike claims-based segments, which describe what a physician did, Clinical Intent Signals describe what a physician is considering, and they are available at the moment they occur.

Intent Powered HCP Suite: Three new channels, one clinical clock

CTV — Reaches verified HCPs on connected television, with creative sequencing keyed to live clinical intent rather than static specialty or decile lists. Spend concentrates on physicians whose signals are active this week, not the week a segment was built.

Social — Delivers HCP-verified placements on LinkedIn, the professional network where physicians engage with peers, institutions and clinical content, with frequency and messaging adjusted as intent rises or resolves.

Programmatic — Applies Clinical Intent Signals at the bid level across Doceree's endemic publisher network and open exchange inventory, so that programmatic spend follows the physician's clinical journey in real-time.

All three channels are planned, activated and measured from Daily Command and run inside Care Sequence alongside point-of-care, email, RepTwin, text and DOOH. A signal captured at the point-of-care can shape a CTV exposure that evening, a LinkedIn placement the next morning and a programmatic follow-up the day after, with each step measured back to the same verified physician and, ultimately, to the prescription.

From campaigns to orchestration

"Care Sequence and DOOH proved that when channels take their cue from the clinic instead of the calendar, engagement and prescribing behaviour move together," said Kamya Elawadhi, Co-founder and President of Doceree. "Intent Powered HCP Suite closes the loop for the channels where most of the budget sits. Brands no longer need one plan for reach and a separate plan for relevance. With one clinical signal driving every channel from a single command layer, the plan is the same."

Intent Powered HCP Suite is available to pharmaceutical manufacturers and their agencies in the United States effective today through Daily Command, with Clinical Intent Signals also accessible via agency DSP integrations and managed service. Measurement is delivered through Doceree's closed-loop attribution framework, with reporting on signal-to-exposure latency alongside conventional reach and conversion metrics.

Doceree will demonstrate Intent Powered HCP Suite throughout Fierce Pharma Week, and the team will be at Booth #1001. Harshit Jain will also join Maria Menounos for a fireside conversation, "What Was My Doctor Thinking? Inside the Moment a Prescription Gets Written", on September 15 from 11:45 a.m. to 12:10 p.m. at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia.

About Doceree

Doceree is the only healthcare marketing platform that can measure and adapt to the actual clinical intent of both physicians and patients. Built on the industry's largest real-time clinical signal network, Doceree's infrastructure unifies the entire healthcare journey, from physician awareness through prescription, fill, and refill.
